The cushion covers ordered for the seats (base) are correct but the back cushion and the footrest are not cushion covers, they are weather protection covers! This is not what I ordered. I sent a photo of the furniture with my order and measurements, it would have made sense for someone to contact me to confirm before making and shipping wrong items! Please contact me

I had a complex cover design for my pizza oven. The online design guide was very helpful in providing the information. The best part was that the company sent a design for approval prior to making the cover. It was then that I realised I had made a measurement error. After some further discussions the matter was rectified and the final cover fits perfectly. Great service with a great price.
