This company is not based in the U. K.; products are not made here or shipped from here as they claim. Mine came dirty and wrapped in kitchen cling film and to top it all off it was the wrong one and didn't fit. When I requested a call back I got a call from a number that said it was coming from Bathgate Scotland, but the woman I was speaking to was actually in Atlanta, Georgia and the cover came from India.

I ordered a cover for our IKEA furniture as we couldn't find anything that would fit. It arrived three days earlier than expected and is a very good quality product.
The cover was very easy to order. The website provides all the instructions that are needed. The cover is beyond expectation. I am rarely so impressed by a product that I purchase, and rarely write a review. This cover is great: good materials, excellent craftmanship, and additional features that I had not even expected. It fits perfectly.
This is a great made to measure garden table cover. It's good to have a cover that actually fits.
The delivery service was rather slow due to it having to come from India with Fedex and then encountering all the checks through customs etc. but it was worth it in the end.

Additionally, the £9.95 charge covers the basic cost of handling and postage (we use only FedEx or UPS for all deliveries). Note that we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above £49.

It was easy to order and pay. I had to measure my cushion fillers exactly. The covers took a few weeks from ordering to delivery but I wasn't in a hurry, and when they came the wait was worthwhile. The covers were a perfect fit, extremely well-made and in a fabric which is much more hard-wearing then the original covers.
The covers fitted perfectly and are a lot higher quality than the original ones. Also, the zips go across the width and around the corner, making them easier to put on and take off. Thank you.

We are a global business headquartered in the USA with customers all over the world. The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQ section. It is also promptly disclosed when asked. Our website does not claim they are made within the UK, and we are unable to locate any phone call from your registered phone number. If you called us from a different number, please share it with us. We will certainly investigate it and refund you in full if you were inadvertently provided incorrect information.
With regard to product issues, your first complaint was that the size is incorrect. We passionately handcraft hundreds of covers each day, and admittedly sometimes we make a mistake. We are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established. For this purpose, our support team requested a picture showing the incorrect size using a tape measure. Regrettably, we have not received this yet.
We use shrink wrap to protect the cover in transit. This is common practice and does not affect the performance of the product.
A few days after your original complaint, a different issue has been raised (dust, improper stitching). The cover is made of waterproof material and if at all there is any dust it can simply be wiped off with a damp cloth. Nevertheless, our Quality team will look into your concern and respond shortly. Your patience is much appreciated.
