They were a bit slow in getting the sizes right, but it was worth wait.

Good quality product, excellent service from ordering to receipt

I had a pizza oven cover made to specification. It fits perfectly, is of excellent material and at a very reasonable price. Do not hesitate to use these people. Very professional.

Ordering the table cover was easy and simple. Quality of cover is good, however, the fit is not good at all. More allowance should be made on the fabric that pulls underneath the table top. An additional 2 grommets would have also been useful to secure the cover in place.

I purchased replacement cushion covers for our outside furniture and the process was very easy. The team were incredibly helpful and prompt with questions abs queries. I measured incorrectly and they noticed it by looking at the images shared. The items that arrived were a perfect fit and look great.

I still have not received my cushions. I thought I was buying from a UK company but it turns out they were made in India. They now seem to be stuck in England. I was supposed to receive them on 9th April that was changed to 19th April and then changed again to 20th April. We are now on 22nd April and they still haven't arrived. Very very disappointed

Poor delivery. Paid for fastest. Got the really late delayed one. When I finally got my hands on the covers. Wow absolutely brilliant

Can not praise you enough. The fact that I could order a custom made size was amazing. The quality was excellent. The website was easy to use. I did have several emails changing the delivery dates, but at least they kept me up to date, in fact the final delivery date was sooner than originally quoted. Would definitely recommend them. Great product, thank you.

Covers did not arrive on time as they are coming from India customer service not very good they should be more on the ball, covers very good.

It was easy to order online but they came back with requests for more information and photographs so that they could ensure the product would fit. Delivery was much quicker than anticipated given it was a made to measure item.

Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest people. Nothing came on time, they did not meet the deadline and lots of lies beneath a website.

Ordered a made to measure shade sail. Not one dimension matches up to the measurements I provided. Not even close. I am still waiting to hear back from the company regarding the issue

They made me a designer cover which I thought wouldn't be possible contact was excellent all the way they offered two different types of cover to choose from, the turn round was very quicky considering the current climate

I searched many online sites to find replacement covers for my rattan cushions and this site had good reviews. I placed my order and received great customer support resolving an error in my order. Product received were better than expected and would highly recommend.

Ordering process was so long ago I can't remember how it was but my whole experience was defined by the dreadful delivery service.
I was given a date for delivery and then a couple of days after that had passed I was told that my covers were ready to be shipped, it then took 4 days to get from India to Glasgow and another 6 days to be delivered and even at that the driver turned up with no warning on a day when there was no delivery scheduled.
I doubt if I will use the company again after this.
