The emails which were so frequent at first kept giving me a 'new' delivery date which was always the 7th May! We stayed home all day and nothing arrived and no email either. After a few days of zero communication from the company I rang a british phone number and got through to somewhere in India. The lady was trying to help, however I struggled to understand her English. I grasped that she said my goods were still being made and 'maybe' 24th may they come! On 20th May I finally received an email with the delivery date of 10th May! Fortunately the email informed me that UPS were delivering and I was able to track my parcel, which did arrive 24th May! The goods are good quality.

We received the cushion covers for our garden chairs and couldn't be more delighted.! The quaity of the fabric and workmanship just great. Great Customer service would buy again and recommend in a heartbeat!

Very good, website a bit confusing, but got it in the end

Shopping experience on website was fine. But the product it's self was very poor. The fabric has no give in it and is nothing like what the pictures show. It's very much like a hessian fabric. Very disappointed and would really send the item back normally.

Item received was of good quality and looks good.
More communication would be lovely but the goods were great

We were given a two week delivery date, the covers never arrived on the date given so I had to call to track them only to be told they were still in the warehouse being made as the fabric had been out of stock, this then added another week and a half wait time. I ordered 15 covers, When they arrived they were wrapped in a tight ball of plastic and when opened were so creased I had to steam all 15 front and back as they looked so terrible. The covers themselves are really nice and I am happy with the quality but the wait time, the lack of communication and the state they arrived in was disappointing, especially for the price I paid.

I will definitely use cover & all again; the custom ordering process online was very easy to tailor my cover to suit my individual application. The covers look great and are made to a very high quality.

Excellent and easy to use. I liked the fact that they checked back with you on your measurements once they had seen your photo of the product before the final order was placed. Only downside is that it very difficult to get through on the phone. I have recommended then already to 2 friends.

AFTER 2 PHONE CALLS FROM INDIA AND SENT FULL DETAILS OF SIZES WITH PHOTO'S THE CANOPY COVER WAS NOT AS I EXPLAINED I WANTED ON THE PHONE, MUCH TOO LARGE DUE TO THEM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT I ASKED FOR, I HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THEM DO, THE CUSHION COVERS ARE OK, BUT THE "TUFF" CANVAS MAY BE UNCOMFORTABLE IN WARM WEATHER, BUT LOOKS TO BE WELL MADE.

Easy site to navigate. Wish there were more colour options as only one colour in the fabric I wanted.
Take care your order is accurate, best done over the phone as the website was a bit confusing with huge price variation for similar products. The telephone customer service operator I spoke to was excellent( Roger).

Couldn't have been easier to order. I was kept updated as to delivery and the cover is very sturdy and well made. Very pleased with it.

Good experience and good value for money and arrived earlier than expected

After some delivery delays, eventually received superb sun shade for our newly erected pergola.

Cover required was bespoke and not offered on web site directly as square in shape, serviec in confirming details and measurement very professionsl and a perfect fitting cover duly arrived

I ordered the cover for my rectangular glass fire pit section of my patio dining set. The size was a but unique and I was advised that the small metal supports needed to be covered to avoid discolouration. With that in mind I took the measurements and looked for a bespoke cover online. Although the cover took a few weeks to arrive, I'm pleased with the quality and look. Would recommend.
