Ordering was easy but the time from ordering to delivery took longer than anticipated. I did not have an immediate need for the tarpaulin so, I wasn't really fussed about waiting. But just to make everyone aware, I ordered the product on 24 Nov and it arrived the second week in December.
Great from start to end, once we had found the correct template for what we wanted. (curved L shape). Attentive service, clear instructions, opportunity to review and change measurements if desired, good communication about delivery, I truly wish all companies I use would offer the same.

From start to finish a great process. Covers arrived and fit exactly as intended. They checked my measurements twice as one of the covers was an odd shape. Great job!
I placed 2 orders for outdoor curtains. I was initially told 17 November. Thant changed to 23 November and I actually received it after several chase up contacts early December. The second part of the order was only received last Thursday/Friday. No contact from supplier. No acceptable compensation offered. I had an event planned which had to be rescheduled.

4 stars for overall experience is actually a bit harsh should be 4 and 3/4. The only reason not 5 is because the lead time changed (not by much) after ordering. Perfectly acceptable for bespoke products and communication was excellent. So not really a complaint.

The ordering process was a bit torturous but they were clearly wishing to get it right. Sadly they manufactured it in black not white as ordered.
