Fits perfectly, great quality canvas, I'll be ordering again if I ever need another cover

Website made online ordering easy, but wasn't clear where product was being shipped from. Parcel tracking number was useful and provided real time data on movement. No customs import charges incurred an arrival into UK, but this was probably due to (relatively low) order value. Seamless delivery and product as expected.

Wasn't sure whether this company was real to start, but put in the measurements and this got all made up within a week.

Only issue is working in inches - would be more accurate in cm

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this company and the fact I have given them 5 star says it all! The communication regarding measurements detail and updates were 1st class and the products top notch! We ordered outside blinds for our gazebo and now a cover for the furniture and we are extremely pleased with both.

I received the items faster than expected. Fire pit cover is of great quality. Have yet to open Christmas tree storage as it is not yet twelth night.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Not the company's fault. My fault. Turns out they are really robust and can stretch About 7cm over 6ft. Unfotunatly not up to 2 m which is what I should have ordered. I just didn't want a seam in my tarp as its for a window of sorts. But overall good and delivered on time.

Although this product is advertised as a baseball field cover, our company, www.limitlessdrones.co.uk, have purchased this to use as our take-off/landing mat to use with our UAV's (more commonly known as drone's).

Second time ordering. I needed these covers urgently to replace a cover on a boat that was lost to high winds. I ordered and paid the extra for express delivery. The original delivery date given was Dec 23rd. Actual arrival date was Dec 29th. I appreciate it was the holiday period, but why allow me to pay the extra if it was not a guaranteed delivery?
I was also surprised to find the tracking information showed the product was being shipped from India to the UK. The website gives the impression it is a UK company. I would have ordered closer to home to ensure delivery had I known the product was coming from so far.
I was put to a lot of inconvenience because the temporary cover I had to fit didn't do the job properly so I had to go and check regularly over the holidays to ensure it was secure and keeping the weather out instead having been able fit the new cover permanently had it been delivered on time.

Was easy to order and follow up and strong packaging as well as very professionally made product
