Brilliant so happy customer service was excellent.

The cover for my wall mounted outside garden heaters were a tight fit, but the material was thick and looks very waterproof. I am not complaining as better a tight fit than being loose. I was very pleased about the fit and the look also the quality of the covers is execelent. The customer service was 2nd to none with them contacting me to check on sizes and to notify me that the personalisation text I'd chosen would not fit. Packaging was basic but very good protecting its contents. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I needed a custom cover - having sent the initial dimensions, a design came back within a day. This didn't exactly suit what I needed, I proposed an alternative, rather different design. Again a drawing came back within a day, no quibbles, and the items was despatched to my design within a few days. No change to price, no quibbles. Its a nice quality product, a great company to deal with
