I like to buy British products, made in the UK and delivered from there. These products were made in India, but the company doesn't state that on their website, stressing the UK so that customers believe that. When my order was accepted, an estimated delivery date was shown which couldn't possibly have been kept to because of delivery from India. The UPS tracking system kept changing the date, and it wasn't until I contacted Cover & All UK to complain that my order was given priority and finally arrived a week after the original date shown. The cushion covers are well-made, but the delivery system left me frustrated.
We thought we had a free pillow but was not with the order. Might be, that we did not reach certain amount. Only issue is delivery with UPS. Despite asking to deliver on a Friday, they tried every other day, delaying the process massively and by also giving wrong info about where the package was.
I had a custom cover for an out door counter. It's perfect!

Absolutely love our outdoor roller blinds. Prompt reliable service at a great price. The quality of the blinds are exceptional and they are very robust. We had a storm just before Christmas and trees were falling outside in our road however the blinds barely moved. We are so pleased with every aspect and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again!

We bought a rattan corner sofa set last year which had cushions with cheap nasty covers that stained easily and showed every mark. We ordered replacement covers and they are absolutely fabulous. Fantastic quality and a superb fit. We are so pleased with them.

I needed a cover for some retro style oval garden chairs. The website had a good selection of basic shapes. One of them was perfect for my chairs. I measured as advised and input the dimensions into the order. About a week later the cover arrived and is perfect. The fit is good, while allowing easy removal and fitting. The fabric is excellent, very tough but supple.

The cover was very cheap compared to other sites so wasn't expecting it to be that great but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised & very pleased as it is very good quality.
