I ordered covers half inch bigger than foam infill but they are really baggy so much so that we have had to sew up some of the excess cover. They are more like 2 inches bigger. Better to order slightly smaller than infill in order to stretch out cover.
The process was so easy and the product was WAY past what was expected. I can't believe I never heard of this site before. The variety of products is beyond what I expected.
