Generally very clear except number and type of offers gets a bit confusing; too many around the same time.
Previous supply of outside table and chair cover has been excellent.

Ordering was super easy, and cover and quality both excellent.

Wanted a cover for a fire pit I hadn't even unboxed. Sent link to product with my order, expecting a cylindrical cover to fit diameter and overall height.
The pit had a domed mesh cover.
I received an email from Cover & All confirming a couple of the measurements, I unboxed and confirmed.
A few days later I received a phone call to confirm a couple of measurement arising from my emailed information and for confirmation that the top was domed and the measurement included the ring (handle) on top. During the conversation I was led to believe that the product would be made with a domed top to fit the product perfectly.
Order arrived about a week later, dome topped, way beyond my expectations in this day and age, they really had gone to the trouble of making an excellent product which exceeded my expectations. Would that more companies paid as much attention to detail and customer satisfaction as they did.

Very easy to order from their website. I had the product personalised and they emailed me to make sure that everything was correct and the specifications were also correct before they started to make it. When the product arrived quite quickly we were highly delighted with it and the quality was fantastic too. If we want something else we would definitely use them again and wouldn't look elsewhere. Highly recommended highly delighted.

Great product, but correspondence was a bit dis-jointed and ambiguous until I understood that you were recommending a shorter depth and had also built in the edging overlap from my exact dimensions. Could do with a bit of improvement/clarity when corresponding with customers, to save time and frustration. A quick phone call would have saved a lot of time. Food for thought...?

I was a bit hesitant as my cover took a long time to come, but I did receive regular support, receiving emails to make sure my order would arrive. Got to say it was definitely worth the wait. The cover is an excellent fit and the quality is exceptional. Thankyou, my chair is now fully protective. Will definitely be ordering from you again. PS; My friend said it's nice enough to sleep under. Lol.
