The quality and fit is excellent. I had some queries over the height from the measurement instructions. I ordered over the weekend and contacted on the Monday morning first thing with a query. The item was already made and ready for shipping. Thankfully it was all fine. The opportunity to write a note alongside the order would have been helpful.

Very easy experience ordering online using options available, description and photo. The design team drew up design and checked with me that all was as I wanted. Delivery went smoothly and the cover I received is very good quality, bespoke to my needs. Very pleased.

Fairly easy to use website but difficult to work out how many ties were needed or why only four corner ties would not work. When ordering in summer and it arrives during a storm, we had to add our own elastic ties to the sides.
