Noah seemed helpful on the phone but didn't call back. Im not very techy so called for help to place the order online. The staff member DID NOT inform me i needed to order the number of holes in my tarpaulin. This then became a real struggle. I wasn't sure if my tarp was coming with 4 holes or more? Very confusing and frustrating. I called numerous times without success. Finally due to me persistence i managed to find out that my order had been put on hold and needed me to confirm how many holes. In the end it got sorted thankfully.

When ordered never realized it was coming directly from India! Delivery took a little while longer than I hoped and the tracking is absolutely useless but eventually turned up ok was very happy with the product to be honest.
