The quality of the product is good however the delivery aspect took a lot longer than I expected because it was held at customs for several days.
We weren't in when it was delivered but the driver put the package over the gate.

Ordered a clear tarpaulin cover with reinforced webbing at edges.
Covers & all produced a top quality product to the exact dimensions that I had specified.
Before manufacturing the clear tarpaulin cover, the company sent me a diagram with dimensions and positions of eyelets, for me to confirm or adjust specifications.
Cover arrived shortly after New Year. I was extremely pleased with the substantial nature and quality of the product.

Simple, straightforward, efficient, value for money

Very happy. Slight stitching problem with the ties and I was hoping the ties would be longer to tie behind the back of the chairs. Otherwise, the covers are excellent and have given new life to our cushions.

Fed up with running in and out with cushions I chose a lighter weight clear bench cover to slip over during summer showers and overnight so removing cushions etc isn't necessary on warm days, nights. I first measured the bench a couple of years ago and ordered a heavy weight cover for winter, it's perfect. To order the clear cover, I submitted my request online and asked that the original measurements be used but with a zip at the side instead of the back. It arrived quickly and is perfect! If you're considering ordering, do it now before the spring rush! With such quality and bespoke service I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
