The multi echo cover was disappointing as it was not the box cover with frontal flap I had expected. It is what I call a tea cosy cover to prevent dust and no protection to the underside. I had sent a pdf and expected to receive a drawing of a box cover by return, but this did not happen.

The whole process was easy and the cover is excellent. My only concern is that having ordered from a U.K. Business, I find the cover is made in India and shipped from there to the U.K. As I wanted to support U.K. Business and workers this was a disappointment. Also the fact that such readily available items are being flown such distances is not good for the environment. The cover itself however is excellent.

I was a little worried after placing my order as I didn't read the reviews first. However, I had no need to worry. The website was very easy to use and although apprehensive about my measurements, the covers turned up very quickly and just what I needed. They looked perfect and fitted beautifully. I was not able to amend or cancel order next day mirning after placing order in the evening with a mistake even though the creating process didnt started yet...
