Cant fault the Tarp, great quality, Delivery however is too long, Easy enough to order, but your delivery address page at the end is a bit messy and slightly confusing, it bounced me back a couple of times cause things weren't in the right places, clearly set up for the US market, doesn't translate well to UK addresses.

Good item after a lot of messing around getting it, unfortunately it was delivered to someone else completely but I was emailed saying delivered to me when it wasn't, no proof could be found or shown, very very luckily it was delivered to someone nice who I could get it off of, but very bad by delivery people
This was well made and good quality,however, it was much too small. This was due to a mistake I made with the measurements. I selected the wrong size. I was very surprised that retrurns are not accepted by this company. If I had realised this I would never have made the purchase. The no returns policy is not mentioned on the website. This was an expensive mistake which I won't make again.

Ordered made to measure tarpaulin. Order with a previous UK company let me down by saying in stock but wasn't but took them about a week to let me know!. Covers&All had a long lead time to get it made but in fact made it in a fraction of the time! I could follow it's progress from India all the way to my front door via Fedex - super quick and great communication - it only took a week in all if I remember right - perhaps less - tarpaulin itself is great quality. A great service and I would recommend definitely.
All good so far,impressed with quality the material used seems tuff and durable,looks well made,fitted great,service good...I'm not a person who worries about delivery times but I do care about the condition it arrives in and that was good,only time will tell just how durable they are,all in all very pleased...I say thanks to the workers in India...well done I'm impressed...Thanks

However, it was delivered on 10/25/23 at 10:27 AM, i.e. 5 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. We also look forward to hearing anything you can share that can help us improve as there is always scope for improvement in terms of customer experience.

The covers fit perfectly, the material is very good quality and they pay very good attention to detail. I would say depending on the size of your furniture, the one inch addition might be a little tight to put the cover on and off. But overall super product and would order again if needed more.
