From a personal perspective I found the process straightforward. There were three check-ins with me concerning dimensions but I came to realise this was about making sure the cover fitted. And when it arrived it did.
Orders are simple to place. And delivery is reasonably quick, considering they are bespoke covers.

Went through many iterations of design with the designer which increased my expectations that the cover was going to fit precisely... when it arrived it became apparent that it's huge - it seems by around 10% in most dimensions. Good quality material and well made but the cover is too small so whilst with loads of effort it just about goes over the corners do not meet the corners of the table. I followed the instructions and allowed an extra couple of inches on the dimensions so I believe something must be going wrong during manufacturing process.

What I was actually looking for were some cushion covers for an indoor sofa. As they only seem to offer ones for outdoor furniture that's what I ended up with. Our use case was to cover new foam cushions that the puppy had torn apart. The fact these are outdoor fabric means it should be tougher and stronger. The only downside was a limited colour choice but as they're under a throw it's not a real issue. Once I'd measured properly, ordering was easy and payment simple. Emails kept me informed of the progress at each step. When they arrived the covers fitted easily and they are just what we need to give the sofa another lease of life.

Please double check your measurements. I sent the wrong measurements for the chairs, however I was so impressed with quality I will be reordering, this time with the correct measurements!
