It was really easy to provide the dimensions for this custom cover, using their template for this type of application. Great quality work and great value.

Fast and efficient, absolutely no complaints from me.

The company likes to be curate and checks the measurements before going into production. I like this but it might be worth letting people know at point of order as I could have missed the email check.

They checked and double checked the first order, which is just as well, before it was sent out as it was made to measure. The second order (a car cover) was sent out without delay. Both fit perfectly but did take a little while to arrive. Worth the wait though

I would have preferred a system whereby the diagrams you sent were interactive
Ie I could have adjusted your measurements on line in your diagrams

Easy to measure, able to send photos of furniture. Very pleased with the product and service

Excellent Order Process. Easy to tailor the order to the exact size required and add on extras. The quality of the tarpaulin is excellent and it appears to be exceptionally well made. I would have given 5 stars but it was very crumpled when it arrived and heavily creased in every direction - I would normally have expected just packaging folds - but hope this won't compromise its lifespan as a waterproof cover.

After submitting the initial dimensions and a photo the cover & all people chatted with me to check they had the correct dimensions, asked some follow up questions and produced and delivered a perfectly fitting cover in good time. It was easy and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Great service, just check you're sure what the material is - as it's more for outdoor furniture than indoor. (I simply wanted a nice soft grey cover for a bedwedge but didn't realise what I was ordering on here, so it's my fault.)

Outstanding quality of service and product though. Extremely well made. Looks like it's indescructable to be honest. Very good company.

Ordering experience was easy and seemed straightforward. Product arrived ahead of estimated delivery date. Haven't yet tried the seat covers as vehicle is in storage, however they look good and are what I was wanting.

Just the job for my pizza oven and trolley. Tough construction.
