Website was very misleading and when there was a problem the call centre was not in the U.K. And everyone I spoke to promised me call backs etc and I never received one single call back.
Am left with a sunshade that is completely the wrong size that I haven't received a refund for. Would sometimes take upto an hour to get through to anyone on the phone and even then nobody I've spoken to was able to help me and would continually promise I'd get a call back.
I've noticed now the web page has been changed showing how some adjustments in measuring should be taken into account if purchasing the hardware accessories pack but there was no mention of these adjustments when I ordered and I explained the accessories pack
In this instance wasn't even for this sunshade. The sunshade that was delivered was far too small and wasn't even a right angled triangle which I'd ordered. Very dissatisfied with the product and equally dissatisfied with the very poor customer service to put this right or give me a refund. Very bad company with bad business ethics that I would advise you avoid at all cost.

Ordered custom covers. They were delivered as ordered. Nothing not to like
The cover was well made and to the correct dimensions. However, it was not clear from the website that the manufacturer was in the USA. After my order there was a reply requesting that I check my dimensions. I replied with a small change to one dimension and this was acknowledged. After a further month of waiting, I hastened the delivery and was told that the order was on hold waiting for a "go-ahead" instruction from me. I had missed or not received this "start" request email, so was unaware that the order was on hold. Therefore, it would be helpful if one or more hasteners were sent if no reply was received within a week or so. This might avoid unnecessary delays. Overall, a good product.
Liked the quality of the covers and speed of service. I had problems in getting 2 custom shaped covers, nobody seemed to understand what I was asking for.

I was having a cover made for an aeroplane tug, using one of the templates I order my cover. The engineers rightly queried my dimensions which seem a bit unusual but where correct. This shows that they really do interrogate the order to make sure it is correct. Considering this product is made in India and shipped to the UK the speed of delivery is brilliant.
