What attracted me to this site and product was the ability to have a cover made to a bespoke size. Rhe website made this really easy - although multiple options which resulted in exactly the same thing made it a little confusing. But then once the order was placed - nothing! The original estimated delivery date came and went - nothing! When I contacted customer services - nothing! A few days later, I received an email stating my order had now been started and attached was a pdf mock-up of the order for my approval - this tuned out to be exactly the same image, including dimensions, that the website produced at the time I'd placed my order - which should have already been delivered by this point! I responded approving the mock-up and querying why this had been sent, as it was the same image I'd approved at ordering stage. The response was an email thanking me for approval, confirming production has started and completely ignoring my question. Heard nothing further from customer services at any point. To be fair, the order was then processed pretty quickly, and the product seems to be well made, fits well, and reasonable quality. Will I use them again - can't say I will… too much hassle and frustration for such a non-essential item
