Design process very good and very pleased with the product received. Didn't realise the design team is in US and manufacture in India. However, very disappointed with the packaging - covers folded small and wrapped tight - the covers are very creased. I'm told that I can iron them but really shouldn't have to...
After getting our fist dog, quickly realised that car seat covers were required. This service offered custom made covers for a reasonable price, which arrived in relatively good time. Also fits perfectly and it very well made! Couldn't be happier

The ability to customise your cover from colour, thickness, attachments etc is faby. We have struggled to find a cover that fits our bar stool and chairs from John Lewis and was ecstatic to find your company. The package arrived earlier than expected and was of a much better, sturdier material than expected - good enough to leave out all year round and live that it has handle grips either side to lift it in and off. We will be sorting and ordering another cover for our decking set.

We purchased a customised cover. They called and confirmed all sizes and measurements before manufacture. Delivery was then around 10 days. The quality of the cover is excellent and it fits perfectly.
I was conscious that taking my measurements and sending these would lead to a poor fitting product BUT all my fears were put to one side when the product arrived! Perfect fit for our outdoor furniture, great quality and the best cover I've purchased and Ive purchased many off the shelf over the years, with none being this good for fit or quality.
