The process I cannot fault but I was careful to provide accurate measurements. I was aware you added an amount to help fit the covers but specifically relating to the L shaped sofa they are much larger than I had hoped or imagined they would be and as a result do not much look like custom covers but a best endevours off the shelf design.
I suspect you will not be willing to re do this to the sizes I supplied as it is the largest piece ( I am happy to send you images if it would help) but I am disapointed and for that reason would be unhappy to recommend. Let me know if there is a way forward on resolving this matter.

Designers required photographs which I thought I had uploaded, but apparently the upload did not work. Was not informed of this, until original due date ( for which I paid extra) when covers did not arrive and I enquired by phone. Photos then resent successfully. Covers then arrived 6 days before new scheduled date, which was awkward as I was on holiday and so not there to receive it. Found it by accident in my locked garage. Have no idea how delivery driver managed it.

They suggested one of m y order be cushion and not pillow and i went with there expertise but still think they should have been pillow and would have looked better

I have ordered a few items and I have to say the quality is excellent and customer service amazing any issues they emailed me and called me sent me Draught pictures so I could check everything was correct and confirm nothing was a problem for them even though my specifications on one item was complicated they made what I had asked them cannot rate them high enough
