Needed 14 cushion covers for my garden furniture and of course they were not standard sizes.
Thrilled with the whole process - I measured carefully (several times!) and everything was perfect. I got in touch too and was guided through. Also uploaded a picture as recommended to give you an idea of the unit which seemed a good idea.
Paid a small amount extra to get faster delivery and you even beat that deadline.
From start to finish it was perfect. The quality is excellent, colour blue is gorgeous - can't believe you made them so well for the price, I don't think I could even have bought the materials.
So happy, will tell anyone I can and would come back to you without hesitation.

Excellent customer service from ordering to receiving the cover. This cover is quality yes a tad expensive but you can see why. Absolutely delighted with the product & the service. Kept informed all the way & was delivered exactly as stated. I'd highly recommend this company.

With visual cues from a diagram and via the downloaded image of the outside house I wanted covering, I eventually received my cover. I think it was made in India so be prepared to wait a while for delivery. The cover fits snug and was as ordered. The only disappointment I had was that I expected it to have a zip opening, which would have facilitated putting the on. As it is, it takes some effort due to its size to place on top of the cat house. I had stipulated it has a zip. Apart from this, I am pleased overall
