Easy to use website but response times were a bit slow, especially validating measurements, the automatic finding coupons and payment processing. Otherwise a nice & easy shopping experience.
Update: Now that the covers have arrived I am impressed by the quality of workmanship, the cover material feels really sturdy, they are very well put together and I've no doubt they'll stand up to the often brutal weather where we live.

We gave the table dimensions but find the bottom of the side panels touches and chafes on the paving.
We feel it wasn't made obvious enough that we had to allow for some clearance by providing a lower
Height dimension. It was very disappointing that this could not be rectified.
