All as described. The material is nice. Well made. Only thing is the fabric is much brighter than pictured. Which is ok with me.

Paid for priority didn't get phoned up customer service to ask where covers were advised would another week, they did refund the priority payment. Cover was to small, suggest read small print re returns, you have to jump through hoops, if they seem not their fault, no refund,

Cover & all service and perfect product but in the end, the 7 days delay of FED EX in the delivery makes the overall score lower customer service ever.

The cover we ordered arrived later than promised when delivered. Also the cover just barely fit over our couch and we provided pictures and followed the measurement guidance on the website. It doesn't seem the designer added the additional material it notes on the site that they would to ensure a proper fit.

I found the site and it was very easy to input the measurements and options for my custom BBQ cover. Once the order was placed, there were a couple of follow up emails sent to me to confirm some specifics and that was it. Order just arrived and it look great and fits perfect.

I found the material's appearance resembles a cheap tarp. I'm sure it's more durable, but the aesthetics are terrible. I did find the online shopping experience was surprisingly easy to customize etc. though.

We ordered custom cushion covers for the backyard as well as a custom made fire pit cover. We attached a picture of the fire pit and they got back to us with some questions about some additional dimensions. The fire pit cover came back just perfect in fit and looks. The cushion covers were of excellent quality and beautiful looks. We are so pleased with Covers &All and we highly recommend them. Well done guys.

Great website to explore and use. Product is great although the tie downs do not tighten the fabric very well.

Overall everything was great. Only advice to the company is to allow more shipping time to Canada for clearance from the US. Promised date was 5 days earlier than received date.

Tracking number provided was not related to my order and the order never arrived. Chose this supplier because they would make a cover to correct size

After reading some of the reviews, we were hesitant but our experience was great. We sent in our custom dimensions, received an email back with a diagram of dimensions making sure we measured correctly so there would be no issues. Ongoing communication on shipping dates & arrivals - and it arrived right on the date. No issues.

Impressed with the care taken to make sure they had all the information needed for my covers to have a proper fit.

I have a massive and unique incline trainer from Freemotion that was worth a lot that I wanted a cover for. One quick set of measurements through the Cover & All's website, selected the options, took a single picture and done! The cover arrived when they said it would and it fits perfectly. No hassle, good quality, exceeded expectations. This is not a standard piece of equipment so I was sure the cover would not fit right. I was wrong. These folks know what they are doing. Recommend!

Didn't know what to expected but in the end, the item arrived on time, fits better than expected and is made of heavy duty rubberized material. Should last quite a long time and survive our harsh Canadian winners.

Had to keep checking as delayed but got about month later.
