The order entry screen is not easy to navigate on mobile phones. I did not realize until checking out that I had selected Navy colour and when I tried to edit the order I ended up adding a second item in the right colour with none of the other options selected. This made the process much longer than desired.

The product was delivered well after the reschedule delivery date.

I expected to receive a custom cushion. I received a cushion cover. It looks just as expected. But now I need to fit a custom fit piece of foam.

Easy, gave the measurements and received it in no time!

So far so good. Free shipping was a nice feature. Product arrived a few days off when promised, but no big deal. Product was of good quality and per specs. I wish I could post a picture of what they look like as words cannot describe how good it looks.

I ordered two covers. One for a chair and one for a V shaped sofa. The chair cover fits really well. I'm very happy with it. The sofa cover has a large amount of excess material, approximately 4 inches on both sides and drapes over the front on the ground. It looks sloppy. The drawstring bottom doesnt do anything because the material is too heavy in comparison to the weight of the string used. This is very disappointing considering I paid over $400 for this cover and had several conversations back and forth with the design team to get the measurements right. I would be hesitant to recommend this company in the future.

Received my product 8 days later than expected. Product itself looks durable and is to the specifications I requested. Shipping itself was spotty. Even though the company shipped on time, delays with FedEx, even though I paid for priority service, was late. The service customer from covers & all was amazing and both gentlemen I talked to were understanding and professional

They followed up with more questions after the initial order to ensure that the fit would be perfect and it was. Thank you for the timely delivery as well.

Customer service stinks. They make false advertisements, their delivery was late and the product was sized too largely. Their response was inadequate and instead of trying to make it right, they made my case for me but offered no resolution. All in all a terrible experience from start to finish.

I received my covers for my cushions and they were great. They fit my cushions perfectly.

I ordered my 2nd custom cover, this time for my Napoleon BBQ. The instructions for measuring are very clear complete with diagrams of how to measure. I was also able to send pictures of the unit, so that someone could double check. The cover came within 2 weeks and the quality, as expected, is excellent.

The ordering process was easy and received the product in good time. Very good quality.

We ordered covers for our 4 wicker patio chairs. The measuring and ordering process was straightforward. Our covers arrived within 2 1/2 weeks of ordering. The covers themselves are a perfect fit, well made and top quality material. I would quite happily order deck furniture covers from "Covers and All" without hesitation.
