This product is very good. The material seems to be very sturdy and was very easy to put on to the existing seats. The company was outstanding in making sure that my delivery was exactly how I expected. Overall I am very happy with this product.

I was really impressed with the quality of the cover I ordered, the fit was PERFECT! The timeline wasn't too long, and the cost was reasonable. If I need another custom cover made for anything, I won't hesitate to use this company again!

They did not send the correct size... a size that I cannot use.

Placed order and some reason the order they received was incorrect. Size was wrong, they sent me the wrong color which wasn't even listed as color. I suspect they sent me the cheaper product.
Also what was worse was that the cover looked like it had been used for years... black marks, brown stains etc. Terrible. Hoping their customer service fixes the issue.

You make it easy for the customer to get everything right. The instructions on what to do and where to take the measurements are clear and well laid out.

It's pretty smooth, but measuring your own product based on the instructions given is somewhat confusing. Especially when you have additional custom considerations to include in the order, and it doesn't match the template provided.

Received on time. Fits my two chairs and table perfectly. Great quality.

Awesome! Covers & All emailed questioning measurements and requested pictures of custom cover. Dimensions were reset and the cover fits perfectly.

This has by far been one of the better customer experiences. C&A called to confirm my measurements. Allowed me the opportunity to change the color as well. The covers arrived in great time. And the quality. A+++ I will recommend to family and friends twice over. Thanks for helping me in giving my patio a much needed facelift!
