Not only was the order late but the customer service is horrible, I had to call in to find out the status of the order and for the price you pay it should be a custom fitted cover. Why I got was something so big it that it would collect water like a child's play pool. Way to big at the base, clips for the legs in the wrong spots and a gift bag that is so small their is no way the hammock cover would fit in the bag.

The general shape of the cover is shown in the example pictures - we aim to provide a snug fit but no where is a perfectly form fitting or contoured cover promised.
We ship hundreds of covers each day and admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. However, we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established. With product complaints, investigation may be required across multiple teams (Design, Production) which takes time, hence we are unable to resolve such issues over a phone or chat conversation. From the pictures you have shared with us, the error seems to lie in the top and bottom widths you entered on the order - 102 inches and 87 inches respectively. Nevertheless, as advised by our Quality team we have escalated this internally to determine if there was any error from our side. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Very well made! Super happy with the quality! I thought I sent a picture of my cushions but cannot say for certain. The zippers on the covers are on the long side which makes them visible halfway around the front of the chairs. I ordered navy, it's more dark gray. It's a pretty color but doesn't match any navy's that I have.

Regrettably, there is no reference picture attached to your order. When you select the desired zipper option (wrap around length / width) the image below it reflects the selection by showing a dotted line where the zipper will be applied. On your order, the length and width are 23 and 20 inches respectively, and the zipper option selected is "Wrap Around Length".
With regard to the color, 'Navy blue' is a generic term that can refer to more than one shade or tone. The product page displays a thumbnail for each fabric color. For your reference, here is a direct link as well:

Additionally, colors are notorious for looking different on a digital screen based on your display settings. Thus, minor variation is possible.

Our Quality team responded to your complaint requesting a picture of the cover showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure. This is a standard and reasonable request, and is mentioned in our Terms of Use as a requirement.
You can view the final agreed dimensions by signing in to your Coversandall account. Kindly compare the agreed size with the cover you have received. If you feel there is a discrepancy, simply put the cover on the sandbox so you can measure and demonstrate the incorrect size.

Every aspect of my transaction with Covers and All went very well and I would not hesitate to order from them again.
The cover seems to be of good quality. Covers & All came back several times to confirm measurements. The cover seems a bit long, though. It'll be okay but we thought it would be exact. It arrived quickly which was great. It looks like it will hold up through extreme weather changes (38 C in summer, -25C in winter).

For your cover the material chosen is Cover Max which as listed on the website is "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester". PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric. For a fabric feel, we offer a different material - Cover Fab.

The online experience was very simple and easy and they confirmed the design with me.
Good communication regarding logo design and reasonable delivery time. However, I expected logo to be applied directly to the curtain, rather than having a separate piece of material containing the graphic sewn onto the curtain. So, not quite the professional look I was expecting.
