Some web site functions defective on first try
I ordered a full set of seat and cushion covers for my outdoor 5 seat sofa and they arrived a month later. The packaging was interesting but it didn't matter because inside the product was awesome. Very well made. Outsourced to a factory in India and they really know what they're doing.
Hello. So I ordered for outdoor cushions for my patio loveseat. I was extremely pleased with the overall quality of the product. It's so good I'll be ordering for more cushions for my other two chairs. I have to be honest however I was extremely disappointed with the overall shipping. It provided me a date to be home to receive the item. I was home all day and it did not arrive. The next day it arrived and I was not home and the driver did not leave the package on the door. I was then send an email that's said in order to get my item I had to pay a fee for the driver to come back. If I was home on the date indicated and they didn't make the delivery on that date they certainly shouldn't charge their customers for coming back again on a different date. This is my only complaints about them

First, please accept our apologies for this incident. We use globally recognized shipping carriers DHL / FedEx / UPS. Though we have no control over the actions of local delivery personnel, we accept the responsibility and are available 24x7 via our phone and chat helplines to assist you with any issues that may arise.
Our packages are dispatched with "Indirect signature required"; however, if you are not available to accept the delivery, our terms with FedEx allow them to release the package at your doorstep as long as they are able to find a secure place to do so. If they cannot find a suitable location, they will leave a door tag with instructions for rearranging delivery and/or the location you can pick it up from.
We hope you did not pay the additional fee because FedEx DOES NOT charge for delivery attempts and also because the tracking page does not show a failed delivery attempt. If you did pay, could you please write to us at [email protected] with a copy of the invoice? Please include every detail you can remember - date of the payment, copy of the email you received, and anything else you feel would be relevant. We are taking this very seriously and would like to take it up with our Account Manager at Fedex.

It was very easy to order this fire bowl cover, it took a bit for it to arrive, but I am very pleased with the result. It fits our bowl perfectly and just skims the surface of the deck the bowl is sitting on.

My order has been delivered. Unfortunately, the cushion covers do not match with the dimensions I sent you. The zipper and the Velcro were supposed to be installed on the short side (back) of the cushion.

Easy to purchase
I ordered 2 chair covers and 1 curved sofa cover. The chair covers fit perfectly however the sofa cover doesn't fit well. It's very tight therefore doesn't cover the sofa well.

Sun shade receiver and quality of work awful. Dimensions on outside were fine but cut of shade on 2 sides of triangle are bowed almost 12 inches on longest side.

I ordered 2 Cushion covers in size 21 x23 (seat cushions)and 4 size 23x21 ( back cushions)
They sent me reversed covers. Now two of my back cushions have covers that are 2 inches longer
I know that I measured it right since they had instructions what is length and what is width
However the ones that fit right look great and fabric is good quality.

Large patio chair covers fit perfectly. Received quicker than expected. Extremely satisfied!
Great quality and speedy delivery but the grey fabric has already faded and it's only in full sun for a few hours in the morning (I have had it for 5 weeks)

We are sorry to hear that the cover's color has faded and are sharing this feedback with our product team.
Meanwhile, as mentioned on the product page, both our mattress fabrics (Cushion Rite and Cushion Fab) offer medium UV resistance. The material itself is resilient in the sun and thus color fading will not affect the functionality of the cover.

It's pretty hard to describe a positive experience when you're still waiting for a product you ordered over a month ago that was supposed to be delivered last week. So the experience so far has been less than adequate

We are not seeing any recorded downtime around the time your order was placed. The problem you faced may have been a temporary issue.
