Your order was placed on 29 April with Free Shipping for delivery by 19 May. This date has changed only once; due to unexpected production issues it was revised to 21 May. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Per your conversation with our support team, we have initiated a 10% refund on the product cost.
Your order was shipped on 17 May with FedEx Priority; regrettably, it is delayed in transit due to factors outside our area of control. Per the FedEx tracking page the estimated delivery date is 26 May.

I received what I asked for. The first time I ordered the wrong size.
I wanted to repurpose an unused queen bed as an outdoor daybed and Covers and All allowed us to get a custom outdoor mattress cover that fit perfectly and a reasonable price and delivery.
I chose regular shipping as I am not in a rush and it was simple to choose.

The cover fits perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. Good strong material, great fit. The problem I have with this company is that I used a Welcome code to get 20% plus free shipping off my first order. Got the 20% but after 2 calls and 2 promises to get refunded for the shipping it never happened.

Quality of covers seems awesome, interested to see how they hold up to the summer weather
I gave the correct dimensions for my spa. The cover itself is heavy gauge… but it is way too loose & sags in the middle. Not even sure of the necessity of the zipper… which in my opinion is useless! I'm having second thoughts and will no doubt have to go back to a standard, rigged cover.

Just ordered online. Easy when came, didn't fit. They said it was my measurements. We both measured several times before ordering, even called thr #800 for advice. Now out $65.

Custom fit cover fit perfectly and is way better quality than the cheap one it came with.
Very pleased with the table-cover. It is of very good quality and fits the table perfectly. A little mystified of the existence of the two "upside-down" pockets on the sides.
Worked out easily-gave the dimensions and received the cover. I had read other reviews that stated the cover was a little oversized which was also the case for ours but better it fit than not. The only issue is it drags a bit on the ground but we make it as tight as we can with the clasps to raise it up a bit. I see the bottom wearing out overtime pretty quickly.
