Easy to order came in a reasonable time and it is a great quality cover.
I will be honest, I was a bit concerned as we were asked to provide measurements from our sectional many times to ensure 100% accuracy. It paid off. We received the package yesterday and it is perfect. Also, very heavy duty material. So much so that it could even be left out over a cold Canadian winter.
The site was easy to use and the cushion covers I received are very good value for the price.
I was unaware that the cushions were not made in North America until I tracked my shipping.
The date of delivery changed a couple of times. It took just shy of one month to receive my covers.

Good strong product. Looks great. The only thing was even though I measured and added 4 inches to length on both ends to wrap some around the 4 x 4 beams of gazebo it just barely fit the least amount of space I had. I will work but not as good as I wanted. I would order again if I needed any thing similar.

We are the worst at getting measurements right but the instructions provided by Covers & All were easy to follow. The cover fits perfectly and is exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this company.
It was very easy to measure and upload my product sizes. I've only had them for a day but they appear to be good quality and look great on my cushions!

I was happy that it started as a Canadian website but showed to be made in the USA but really came out of India then to China. Alaska, Tennessee to Ontario to Moncton then to Saint John.
Disappointed that I was not supporting North America.
Material more for covers for items like Utv's and BBQ's. Not for patio furniture cushions. Very industrial! Not fashionable.

On your order you have selected the material CUSHION RITE which is described as 600 Denier, 100% Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric with one side PU Coat. For a fabric feel, we have a different material called CUSHION FAB - also available for selection on the product page.

Good experience, the shipping was delayed, but that's expected during this time.
We ordered a custom couch cover and it came in a couple weeks and was great quality.
Delivery Date was almost a Month late, everytime I would contact Customer Service, I would get a different answer and I would never be able to get a new ETA of delivery.
Product was delivered from Pakistan, I was under the impression the product was from GA.
The material is nice and soft, but it came with a rip/hole in one of the sew sites. There were some straps missing to tie the cover underneath, and I have had to use other methods to attach the bottom of the cover to the couch. The piping to tuck into the couch cushions could be larger and thicker as I am constantly tucking them in after someone sits on the couch.
I would say the cover works for an outdoor piece of furniture, and if you are okay with waiting over a Month after you have ordered it and don't have "perfect" expectations, and don't have any project deadlines, then it's worth it.

Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. Per your order confirmation email, the selected tie down on your cover is 'Elastic at bottom'.

Easy to order DIFFICULT for item to arrive. I've been waiting for 3 weeks past my order delivery date and I'm still waiting.
They took my money but I have not had my item delivered yet! Will not order from this vendor again. AMAZON from now on for me

A very user friendly site to navigate. I was ordering a irregular shaped sail and after placing my order I realized I had given one wrong measurement. I contacted them on a weekend and they got back to me right away and was able to correct my mistake and put the right measurement on my order. Everyone I talked and messaged to were very professional and courteous. I received my order in the specified time and found everything to be in perfect condition. I look forward to many years of use.
