Had a number of issues arise and Covers & All stayed on top of issues and presented options to correct. They were very supportive and professional. In the end it was impossible to meet my requirements, and I was offered a full refund. I was very pleased!
I have to admit I was a little nervous ordering custom covers for trailer cushions online. Would they fit the foam I ordered and the tight space I was intending it for? But it is all in, fits beautifully. And will work super well for our trailer. They are great! And I'm super pleased with our covers.

Web site sucks, thought i was getting a skylight, but i got a cover for something, have emailed the companywith no response, then called them and was told to email some other department, now i have something that is no good to me guess i will have to throw it in the garbage.Iam not going to send it back with no refund and let the company keep my money and the item, I have not even opened the package because its not skylight

I ordered covers that said would be delivered April 22, I contacted company and they said there was a delay. I received another email saying they were on the way. It's May 13 and I still don't have them.

They were very profession and well organized. Coordinated everything through emails and phone conversions.
I was supposed to receive my cover May 3. It is now May 12th and I have not received it yet so I'm unable to comment on the quality. But I have not received an email either stating it has been delayed. I contacted the number and they informed me it will be coming. Good thing is you can track through FED EX. At this point my cover is stopped at the border. Also did not realize these are made in India.

This is my fault, I saw that the wrong colours had been ordered and I went in and asked for the whole set to be made in one colour. I assumed this would be taken care of and didn't double check after I had been locked out of my account. Now... I have 2 biege covers and 1 sky blue! I'll make it work but I'm so annoyed - mostly at myself but partly because your interface wouldn't let me log back into it easily.
I happened to find this site when looking to see if someone out there made custom covers for patio cushions. I was nervous about ordering, however I double checked my measurements and decided to give it a try. I put my new covers on yesterday and they were amazing! My 14 year old set now looks brand new and the quality and sizing is perfect. I am so so excited!
I ordered replacement covers for 8 cushions from my outdoor chairs and love seat set. I measured all cushions, chose my fabric and submitted my order. The total was just over $200 Canadian dollars. I was able to make a change (measurements) in the following 24 hours, add a 20% off coupon and request a free fabric sample kit! The covers, which were sewn in India arrived in just over 2 weeks as per their guaranteed delivery date. The workmanship is flawless and even included piping on all seams which was a pleasant surprise. Unlike the original cushions, the ones from Covers and All had dual zippers that continued around each corner by a couple of inches making removal and installation of foam a breeze! After the discount my total for 8 cushions was $174! I received a quote from a local upholstery shop that was (sit down for this one!) $150 to sew EACH cushion and another $65 to $100 per cushion for the fabric. More than 10 times what I paid! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
The order was confirmed to arrive on April 30 2021, however is May 10 and the order is not in yet. When customer Service was contacted that had no ETA available. I really hope that the cover will fit ok when will arrive and I don't have another bad surprise.
The website is easy to use and the quality I got is worth the price I paid.
Easy to order, appreciate being able to add comments and pictures. Customer service was amazing. They contacted me throughout the process to ensure my measurements were correct and redesigned the covers as needed. I was surprised at the time and attention they gave to me.

The product you ordered is "Custom Skylight Cover"; as is evident from the name of the product, this is a cover not an actual skylight. Additionally, all the text on the product page, as well as the example pictures, indicate the nature of the product.
As mentioned in our Terms of Use, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. The product is custom cut to the size you order and we have no use for it. We certainly empathize with your situation; regrettably, we are unable to assist you as the product is as advertised.
