We did thorough research before deciding to go with Covers&all. We were looking to have custom covers made for our newly purchased patio furniture. The whole process went smoothly, from measuring, ordering and delivery. Everything fits perfectly. Top notch products and customer service.

Excellent quality, delivered before estimated date, second purchase from this company. One note ~ the draw strings at]the corners are difficult to cinch but, otherwise perfect. Will purchase again.

I have a sofa and 2 chairs covered with the waterproof covers that are just about a year old. Over the summer water did leak through onto my cushions causing some mold and water marks. I contacted covers and all with photos of the damage and the covers were replaced immediately. Unfortunately it is now winter and everything has been put in storage so I won't be able to test the replacements until spring. I am most pleased with the courteous and speedy response. Fingers crossed this set will do its job.

My Covers and All custom cover is well constructed, accurately put together and fits perfectly. I appreciated receiving drawings of the cover before they fabricated it. Excellent service.

Ordered according to dimensions on website. Paid Oct. After about 10 emails and phone calls, cover arrived and it's too big and Dimensions given didn't seem to matter as cover is oversized. Last 6 covers = great experience. This time=not so much.

Good experience overall. Of course it takes a bit more time and effort then if you're just buying a pre-made cover. A bit of back and forth with measurements, etc. but the final Product was totally worth it. I have a great cover customer fit to my furniture. Now how it holds up in winter will be the big test, but so far I'm very happy with the product!

I had an amazing experience with covers and all! This was my first order, and I was looking for something for our front yard custom-made fence. To be honest with you I was just looking for a ready-made option on Amazon, and nothing fit the bill, and I never thought that a custom order would be more economical than trying to make some thing ugly from Amazon work, lol. Covers & All was professional all the way, answered all my questions, an excellent system for proofing, and getting an approval from me. And I got exactly what I needed without compromising, quality, and aesthetics. They insured that every detail was met, and I highly highly recommend them.

Took a while to arrive, (I thought I was buying a Canadian made product, but it came from India). That aside it seems well made and perfect for my use case. The only negative point is that the D rings in the 4 corners are square to one edge, and not at 45 degrees to the edges, so when pulled in place it doesn't pull the corner as well as it could.

Covers & All deserves 0 Star in reality. Their website shows beige color (No indication on color variation due to material choice) They state 2" leeway. NO. I ordered covers in beige with a different materials. I received two different colors and 2 covers were too tight. They will keep arguing asking you to provide with a photos and videos. We provided photos and detailed explanations. (Refused video for privacy reasons.) They keep telling you they want to resolve your issue with multiple requests ignoring all your detailed explanations and photos. There customer service seem to be trained to drain your patience. They are not serious. The final design and dimensions are sent in USA and product is made in India. (As per their product label) This company have no control on the final product you receive and will not assume any errors. You are on your own. Never again.

Everything was easy. Ordering, follow up. And best of all the product was of excellent quality when it arrived. I will absolutely deal with this company again for any of these types of products.

I wanted a cover that would fit my pouffe style ottoman to allow it to be used outside. The Belenos cushion fabric is much lighter than expected and won't withstand being left outside on the balcony so will have to be brought in between uses which is disappointing. Previous cushions covers I have ordered are made with much heavier fabric that seems more water resistant. This is the only reason I've rated it 4 stars instead of 5 as it fits the pouffe perfectly. This was an online custom order and a staff member was in touch to confirm that what they were making was indeed what I wanted — I appreciated that personal follow-up.

These were the 4th and 5th covers that I have ordered from Covers & All. Each one has been very well constructed, after careful consultation between the designer and me. I am very happy with the products. My 2nd cover was a custom Big Green Egg and table cover. After 4 years, it is still in perfect condition and protecting well. The short time between order and delivery is amazing. Very highly recommend!

This is at least my fourth purchase with Covers & All. I am still pleased with the quality of the material used and the fit. My first purchase, a cover for an AC, still looks good after five winters.

Good service, excellent cover. Found the measurement instructions a bit confusing - length, width opposite to what seemed natural, but triple checked. We get some harsh weather during the winter so we are hoping the cover stands up. So far so good.

Ordered some cushion covers for chairs on our covered deck. Have been told three times about production delays and company has now missed 4 promised delivery dates. Thinking these guys are scam artists.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of work done on any of my covers. My car is a 2013 Dodge SRT but if this is what you gave me it works :) This car cover tops it all. Fits like a glove and great quality fabrics!

We were looking for a lightweight waterproof cover for our outdoor table. This cover fits the bill perfectly. The elastic corners make it fit like a fitted sheet.

We ordered our boat cover without providing a picture. Within days we received a follow up email requesting pictures of our boat to ensure an exact fit. Shortly afterwards, we received another email which showed exact digital dimensions of our boat from the pictures we previously sent. Very impressive! Our approval was required before the manufacturing of our boat cover began. We were informed of every step in the process and we received our product on the exact day it was said to be delivered.

Covers&all was great to work with. They understood what I needed and easy to communicate with in answering my questions of what kind of cover works best with our table.

Covers & All website is well designed so it is easy to choose the desired product, to provide the right dimensions and to specify required specific details. The fabrication timeline was then communicated and respected, the same for the shipping process. The end products were very well made.

Everything is a perfect fit. Surprisingly not difficult to install the covers with one person.Delivery was right on time. No more putting cushions away and taking up space.

What a great product to keep out the cooler air when we sit out under the gazebo in the evening. Keeps us dry when raining as well and we can see through it with no problem. Good quality and value for the money. I recomend it as a good product to purchase.

The quality of the product is really good. This is the second time I have used this company. This time however - the communication back and forth regarding measurements wasn't clear and when I followed up with questions they went unanswered and the product was shipped to me. The fit is pretty good expect the cover is too short which was one of my concerns so now its difficult to cinch the cover around the bottom of the chair for windy conditions. Other than the communication - the actual product is fantastic quality of materials.

The production of the covers wasn't commenced until Covers&all and I were in complete agreement on the measurements. They double-checked everything prior to making the covers. The covers arrived here in Canada very quickly, and were perfect.

I ordered some tarps and we thought they were made in Canada as their website does not state that they are made in INDIA. When placing the order, we saw that we were able to pay for an expedite fee which would have them here on Monday October 13. After placing my order and getting the confirmation email with the ETA on it, I had noticed it said that our products would arrive on the 16th of October. I emailed customer support and they showed me some other expedite fees I could pay to have my order on time. I paid another $32 for the expedite fee. Later on in the week I saw that the ETA had not changed from the 16th yet, despite paying the extra money. I contacted customer support again and I was told that the last customer support person who had given me the expedite options was wrong and that they were not able to meet the dates I need. I requested a refund for the expedite fees and they told me I would get an email confirming the refund. I never got that email or the refund. I had messaged them to tell them this and I was ignored.

I have a fire table that is not typical, Covers & All worked the design using a picture of my table until we had something that worked perfectly.

Good quality products. Air bags work great under great quality furniture cover. Umbrella covers have been really good as well

Very frustrating. Checkout was not what I expected. Delivery was delayed and delayed, Then delivered 4 days BEFORE the final date promised.
