Break very easily!

They are nice sandals, but very poor quality. The sandals broke within a month of receiving them. Not very happy!

I placed my order for two pair of sandals on May 23rd 2020 I finally received notice that my order had been picked up on June 20,2020. Prior to receiving this notification I requested that my order be cancelled. No response from ComfySandals what so ever. I then sent a second email requesting again that the order be cancelled and the payment be refunded to the account from which it was sent. Again no response to my email. However this did not stop them from bombarding me with emails to purchase more sandals from them. I then tried to track the package by the tracking number that arrived shortly after my second email. It just say that it was picked up and s route to a USPS facility but couldn't pinpoint its actual location along the way. As of today's date, 07/08/2020 I have neither received my goods. Received any shipping updates nor did they honor my request to cancel the order and refund the $68.+ Let this be a warning to anyone else thinking about doing business with this company.

Do not order any sandals from this company. They charge your credit card, but never ship product. They do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. They just take your money. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Don't Order

I ordered Comfy Sandals in March and it's July and they have yet to arrive. If you need sandals for this summer do not order Comfy Sandals. They are shipped from China. The tracking number only indicates they have arrived at the airport in China

Ordered sandals mid-May 2020. Received a confirming email within hours confirming my order. Ny credit card was charged. After several email updates (plus numerous promo offers saying they want me back as a customer), I received an email two weeks ago saying my order would be delivered shortly. So I was initially hopeful. But, they're still not here. I tried calling the company, and it went straight to voicemail, so I've been unable to communicate with anyone. It sounds like many had similar complaints, and I wish I had read these other reviews before placing the order in the first place. If I ever get the product, and they prove to be wonderful and worth the wait, I will amend this review, but until then this review stands, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

When I placed my order on 5/28 they said allow for 7-14 days for delivery and I still don't have them.
No one either calls back or answers any emails regarding this issue. However the best is that it show the shipment originated in Brooklyn when in fact it's coming for china.,. How dare they.

Buyer beware! Ordered 5 pair of sandals from this company to the amount of $132.00 back in mid May and as yet, have never received even one pair of sandals. My bank account has been charged and all my efforts to contact this company have gone unanswered. I keep getting emails with special offers. Am wondering if this is a company based in China or just a scam. Can't believe I ordered in good faith

STAY AWAY! SCAM!

Save your money. I really wished I would have checked other review site on this company other than the one on their site. It's been 1 1/2 months since my order. And still no shipping date. I have tried calling the number provided on the site and there isn't even a greeting. Left many voicemails with no return call. I have emailed more times than I can count with no response and same goes with their "talk to Representative message". I did get a Confirmation email but that was it. Their site states your order will be shipped within 24hrs from a warehouse in the United States. I expected a little delay because of COVID-19 but going on 2 months is unacceptable. Please read other comments.
I have contacted Better Business Bureau. Please do the same if you are here for the same reason. Let's get this fake company shut down. Also I contacted my bank regarding the charge and told them about how I never received the merchandise and they put an inquiry in and I will be getting my money back that way. Most credit card companies will refund your money if not satisfied.
Please stay away from this "company"!

I ordered my sandals over a month ago. Tracking number indicates that USPS never has been waiting to receive the shipment for over three weeks. I emailed customer service three times without response. No phone number to contact them at. Will contact my credit card company and reverse the charge. Nice scam they're running!

STILL NO SANDALS

I am going to continue to write a BAD review until I receive my product. No customer service either. Its been now 3 months. And i will be here again letting my people now to beware and hear my cry NOT to order unless from these crooks unless you want to give your money away. I will write again next month to give you an update.

I ordered and paid for a pair of sandals. Got emails every day from them, offering me more deals. In the meantime, the sandals have not yet even arrived at USPS. Once I sent a query to customer service, I get no more offers and also no response from them. I am going to dispute the payment. This sucks. Updated: continued to get come-on emails every day. But two weeks after disputing the payment via Paypal, with still no responses to my queries, the sandals arrived via PRIORITY mail. Interesting... Wish the sandals fit better... I would still never recommend this company to anyone because they have terrible service and I believe I would not have received shoes without my official complaint!

Total complete rip off. It's been 2 months since I ordered. This company is just taking everyone's money and not sending crap. Please here my cry and don't order from them. We're just making them rich with our little money that we have from all that's going on.

Not only does this site not tell you how long it will take to get your order - they DO NOT answer emails, or give you answers on their 800 number. I tried tracking thru their site and for the first week - it would let me know the order was placed and in the process of being shipped. Then - it dropped off the face of the site and the tracking site. I'm still waiting. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
