After 2 1/2 months I finally receive the sandals I ordered. After reading other reviews I was afraid that if I did ever receive them they would be used or damaged. They arrived in a plain white shoe box with label made in China size 9. These shoes are size 10! Won't even bother trying to return to an unscrupulous company that took my money as soon as I ordered the shoes. I tried several times to contact company weeks by phone and email. No response. Phone line always busy. I will give these away as they don't fit me. Steer clear of this company and don't waste your time and your money. BTW shoes were as pictured and new. Might have been comfortable if they fit and they didn't bother to mail them until after I filed a dispute with PayPal!
I did, and after 2 months received nothing except a charge on my credit card. Finally, I filed a complaint with the BBB. That resulted in a refund for the full amount. If you also fell for the scam and didn't receive a product, I recommend filing a complaint. Good luck!
I ordered and paid for a pair of comfy casual wedsey sandal. To this day, I still have not received my order. I paid and ordered this on June 23,2020. My order number is #******* for a total of $32.95 which includes shipping and handling. I had an answer to my inquiry about a month ago and was to receive my order with in 5-14 days.
I've waiting over 3 months If I dont get my sandals this is fraud I will file a csam report to the BBB and I hope others will this is a big scam and ad should be taken off and investigated
I ordered two pair of sandals in mid-May. It is mid-August and still no sandals. I've sent e-mails asking for updates, with no response. Right after I sent my last message, they conveniently added that they printed a shipping label, implying they were getting ready to ship. It is still sitting in that same state over a month later. They charged my card back in May. I will be contacting the credit card company.
I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren't damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn't say that they're super comfy. Also, didn't like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn't shop here again.
I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes ($56.98, plus shipping and USD exchange fee) with this company May 29th -2020 - It is now August 11,2020 and I still have not received my shoes. I have reached out many times to their customer services, have not received a response. After a number of emails, I received a tracking number that kept telling me The label has been printed they were awaiting the item, I believe they never received the item, as after 2 weeks the tracking number no longer existed back to square one. The summer is almost over and if I ever get this order the shoes will not longer be suitable for the weather. Don't take the chance of loosing your money too, this company is a total RIP OFF - Something should be done to get them off the internet - wonder just how many people they have done this too! I know I'm not the only one recently I see another review expressing the exact same problem dated 8/7/20. Buyer Beware
I ordered 2 pairs in 2 different styles and color and I even changed the size after ordering and they got it right! It took a while to get them but very happy with them.
Worst shopping experience ever.
I never received my order, their phone number is out of service, and my numerous emails were unanswered. Basically swindled out of $80. Do not order from them!
This company is the worst in customer service. They took my money (happily) and I never got my shoes. No response from my several emails to customer service. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Whom ever is running this scam... they are good! So many customer reviews are saying the same thing. Scammers... Scammers... Scammers!
Sent me 2 pairs of sandals in size 40, when I ordered size 38. Can't wear them. Tried to phone and e-mail them numerous times. NEVER BUY From them is correct
You will never get your shoes! Don't waste your money! How do they get away with it? I've never been blown off so completely.
I would give sero stars if I could. The sandals took 6 weeks to get here, and I had wanted them to wear on a trip. I contacted them 3 times about a return, and they never responded. They received my return 2 weeks ago, and still no response. Don't ever do business with them.
Ordered 2 pairs of sandals in mid-June. Have called and emailed many times to have my order canceled and my money refunded and have had no response. I am totally frustrated by this. This company deserves a 0 rating and even that is too high. To add insult to injury, they keep sending email ads to buy more shoes!
I bought sandals in 2019 and it took almost 6weeks to get sandals, so I was not going to order again, even though I like the sandals. But, I decided to give them another try, on in beginning of June I order two pairs of sandals. Well, I still have not received. Now I was contacted that because of this pandemic that is going on, there would be a delay, however, there was no pandemic in 2019 and I've been ordering things on line since the pandemic started, small delays, but not like this. The summer is half gone and still no sandals. Will never order again from this company, Burned once twice shy! I should have never given the benefit of doubt to ComfySandals!

Terrible customer service. I ordered sandals around the middle of May, still don't have them. I have emailed them twice to ask for an update, no reply either time. At this point I don't know if I will ever get them.
Do not purchase here. I received order confirmation and shipping confirmation 2 months ago.
Still no delivery made and no way to contact them.
Ordered a pair of sandals from an add that popped up. Should of known better. Still haven't received them although I was charged. Traced it to China. Tracking number not recognized. Same complaints from other customers. Do not order from Comfy Sandals.
About 4 months after my order I received a box. Inside were 2 pairs of sandals I had not ordered, in a size that would not fit me.
They were garbage in quality. I threw the whole mess away.
Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: I also purchased Sandals and never received them. I reached out to them via email and never received an email back. That was in June of 2021. It is now February of 2023. I still have not received my Sandals or a refund let alone a response. This company is definitely in the business of scamming people. I do not recommend you give them your business at all. Kari
Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
