On 3/25/2021 I ordered a pair of these sandals for my wife for Easter, on 3/28/2021 that took the money out of my bank account and sent me a email that my order had been shipped with a tracking number, well Easter came and went with no sandals, also when I tried to check on delivery date I was told tracking number was not valid, now today our 43 wedding anniversary I have been told that they have not been shipped. We live on a limited budget so I could of used this 30.00 for something else for her but this is what she asked for. This company is not answering the 3 emails that have been sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Same review as most on here. Ordered months ago, phoney shipping information, no show on the product, nothing credit card company can do. Do not order from these scam artists.
Cute shoes, but you'll never get them or your money back. Everything they say on their site is a lie. (shoes packed and shipped immediately) Their shipping seems to originate in New York and stays there. I ordered on March 10, and my tracking has ceased to exist, but they have recently added shipping to my card. (It was originally free) No customer service.
Tracking site lost my order after it supposedly docked at Buffalo NY. Have had no response from either comfy sandals or from the tracking site. No telephone number is provided only emails which I doubt are even read. Will unscribe now.
Was going to purchase a pair but they have terrible Plus terrible customer service. No thanks If you search for the company name reviews on independent sites you will see the reviews are mostly all one star Take heed!
I ordered 1/26/21 and as of 3/29/21 still have not received. I've emailed their customer service a couple times and keep being told they can't refund because they are "processing". TIme to file a formal complaint with Paypal and will never trust their ads again! Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option
I ordered them the end of Nov. Received them today Jan. 14. I think the only reason I received them is because I filed a dispute with PayPal! I really like them and they are comfy so far but the straps across the top are so big I can't keep them on my feet. I hate to have to pay to send them back. I may see if a shoe store can sew them up a bit.
This will be short. Every complaint on this site refers to my problem too. So, all these people and myself did not put our heads together to put down this company all the same way. Word for Word, so how are they still getting by with this. There's to many having the same complaints. And I'm one of the many. I want to thank everyone. I agree with each one. Sorry, I thought that this would be short. But, this grap needs attention, today.

I ordered the popular comfy sandals and the shipment took 6 weeks not 2 and regrettably they are half an inch too big and they are too wide! I traced the package and it indicated LOST. The package I finally received indicated a 2 day priority mail! I wish to return them. I have left multiple messages and have not heard from anyone regarding the company policy regarding RETURN. Very disgusted, it is not worth the time and aggravation I have experienced!
It was September 17,2020 when I placed my order, and it is now November 3,2020, nearly 7, that is SEVEN weeks later and the sandals have not been sent. I have sent Comfy sandals emails they did not reply to.
They take your money and don't send the merchandise. They charged my credit card on 5/23/20 and today 10/9/20 still no shoes. I've sent them about 25 e-mails and left 5 voice mails and there is no response from them. Can't track the shipment, tried several times. Meanwhile, I'm out $65 US. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a pair of sandals in early September. My Paypal account was charged immediately, but I haven't received them (over a month later), and not even a purchase or shipping confirmation. Won't ever order from these folks again.
It took 4 months to receive my Sandals! Then the quality was terrible! Plus, so many restrictions to be able to return! It's just not possible! I would NEVER recommend this company! Thumbs down!
Do not buy from this company! Ordered sandals at the beginning of June and received them at the end of August - really too late to wear them much. As it turns out, I couldn't wear them anyway. The quality was so poor that the shoes scratched my feet.
I ordered comfy sandals... they have been sitting in another State telling me the package has to be labeled 8/18/20... I trying contacting them no such number. I contact cking my credit company. I can't make out why is the package sitting in Reno, NV post office waiting for labeling the product is coming from china. I have tracking number no package...

It's been 11 weeks.
Finally had to open a dispute with Paypal.
Got a response from the seller. Took about two or three days.
OMG, they had to audacity to say at the end of the email that their website CLEARLY states that "it may take 2-4 weeks for delivery of the most popular items."
Are you kidding me? They actually had a condescending tone in the Paypal response.
The number listed on their site does NOT work.
I emailed them a few times before contacting Paypal. No response.
Now, suddenly, I have a tracking number that states that my item is in transit.
ONLY USE PAYPAL if you dare to order from this company.
Ugh.
But better yet, just don't. Cause it WILL take MONTHS to get your items even though the label created came out of Nevada. (The first tracking page showed Las Vegas on July 30. Now the tracking shows Reno. WTF?)

I received shoes two month past time I ordered. When opening them very strong odor which cause asthma attack. I placed back and since the first day I have been writing asking where do I return them.
Still haven't heard a word to where I return as there specific to time and place.
I wouldn't give them a one star but no choice here. Communication is key to any business.
Took about 3 months plus to receive these, was disappointing that the material was very cheap looking. I would pay at most, Maybe $20 for a pair if I saw then at a store, but honestly I would probably not purchase them at all.
Run as fast as you can from this company. They're dishonest in every way and lie, lie, lie about everything. They won't respond to any inquiries about your order. You'll send them your money and you'll receive nothing!
This is the worse company for customer service. I placed an order on 5-26-2020 and I did not receive it until 8-26-2020. I attempted to contact them by phone and by email and I never received a response. I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After 97 days, I finally received my sandals. Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: I also purchased Sandals and never received them. I reached out to them via email and never received an email back. That was in June of 2021. It is now February of 2023. I still have not received my Sandals or a refund let alone a response. This company is definitely in the business of scamming people. I do not recommend you give them your business at all. Kari
Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
