Beware... this company will take your money and not
Deliver the sandals... scammed me out of almost $175...
E-mails and phone numbers are bogus... the BBB does not indorce this company...

I ordered 4 pair in First part of April 2021 have not received any of them. Tracking stopped with information stating shipper was sent to Buffalo NY. This is May 2021. They charged my credit card but delivered no shoes. I've emailed 2 times with no response only voicemail on their phone. They don't respond. I've logged a complaint with Paypal. 0 customer service. They send advertising emails every day asking me to order more shoes. I DON'T THINK SO! Buyer beware.

Beware! Your order disappears as soon as you pay. Emails have fake phones and emails. They respond to nothing.

I ordered two pairs of Comfy sandals that were charged to my credit card on March 25th. I received e-mail on April 2,2021 stating "All Items Shipped". On April 7th another e-mail saying a shipping label prepared and info sent to USPS. USPS awaiting item on April 1,2021. I have tried calling only to have the numbers "not a working number" and I have sent three e-mails. I have received no reply and at this point I don't expect to. I guess I'll just chalk this one up to a lesson learned. I hope this will save another person from falling for this same gimmick.

Took two months to finally get and they are garbage! Don't waste your money on them. Scam, Horrible customer service!

I have no issues with the sandals I bought. The product is good but the customer service is bad. It took us over two months to get my sandals and then they didn't fit. The company has an email and phone number but they will not contact you when you reach out. For that reason I will never buy from them again. I am stuck with shoes I can't send back and can't wear!

DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. LIKE AT ALL... I wish I would've did more background research on this company and it would've saved my wallet some heartache... no show product, email page is fake and phone contact is not in service... very $#*!ty people in this world. All we want to do is give a go at what you advertise and you steal... petty and horrible. That hard up for money get a real legit job like the rest of us hard working people out here

Made the mistake of placing an order and I'm still waiting for the shoes. Has been over six weeks with NO response to my emails and no one answers the phone number listed. Says the order shipped on 4/22 but it's supposedly in Buffalo, NY. Only a label has been created. Won't do this again.

I so wish I was reviewing my new sandals but I never received them! How can this company be allowed to remain in business? Lesson learned never buy from this company again almost $90.00 later I'm going shopping for new sandals

This company ads pop up constantly when playing online games, etc. Ordered 2 pair in March and although they send tracking updates - nothing opens other than once USPS showed no payment by Comfy. I have never received a response from my inquiries to the company. Not a legitimate business perhaps?

I have emailed and call still no response I made a mistake on my address and tried to contact them to fix the address my order went out to the wrong address try to cancel my order trying to fix the problem

I wish i could do less then one star, total fraud and scam i guess they they dont have merchandise but web pictures only, after a month of wait i have requested my credit card to retrieve my funds

I places an order that I have never received.

First I tried to contact the company - left voice mail, sent messages via their website, and sent emails. No response.

I have tried to cancel the order but cannot because 1) I have left voice messages on the number provided and never received a call back, 2) I have sent message via their web site which no one answers, and 3) I have sent emails to the email address on the website and no one responds.

I consider this company to be thieves and would be really surprised is anyone EVER received their products.

I usually check companies out I am so sorry for not checking first. Placed order March 25 which is still in Buffalo since April 13. Don't return e-mail inquiries, customer service phone goes to a voice mail. Total scam

I have purchased 3 pairs with no problems. They take a little longer to get here. I have worn them for 2 years. Get lots of compliments

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered shoes on Feb. 23... today is April 11 and I do not have shoes. I've emailed time after time and there is no working phone number. I paid $38 and of course the money was taken from my account at time of purchase. I've got my bank involved. I WILL get my money back.

I placed an order in Feb 2021. I did not receive my shoes or receive any correspondence other than an automatic response. I canceled my order in the middle of March and asked for a refund. It is April 10 2021 and I have not received my refund or any confirmation that they have canceled my order. I am out over $50. Don't buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased as there are many many similar reviews.
