I can only review the company and not the shoes. As many others have stated, this is not a reputable company. I ordered two pair of sandals in early February and here we are at the end of April and I still have nothing to show for the 78.00 dollars I obviously threw away! I really wanted the sandals but I want a refund of my money more! Based on the other reviews, I am not likely to get either! I agree with the other reviewers, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You won't be satisfied in any way, if you do! COMPLETELY DISREPUTABLE! I added a photo of an empty floor, as I haven't received my shoes to take a picture of still!

I ordered two pairs of these sandals. I only received one (beige) pair and they had red and blue magic marker dots on the top side of the sandal straps. These dots are for marking the left and right and to line up the center strap. The bottoms of the sandals were worn and filthy! The quality is just awful and I can't get customer service to respond to the many emails I have sent. Please, for the love of God, don't order from this company!

Won't order again from this company. Saw an ad, thought the shoes looked very cute and comfortable, so I purchased two pair. I usually know not to purchase shoes online, but I decided to take a chance. Ordering process was easy. After ordering my email confirmation says the shoes will arrive in 4-6 weeks due to "high demand". I was a bit miffed at that because what takes that long to ship these days? I'm mean, seriously, we're in Amazon's world right? So I thought it was weird and I wasn't happy about waiting so long but I thought I'm stuck now so I'll wait it out. Received the package with 2 pairs of shoes today, and stamped all over the outside was Chinese writing. Well no wonder it takes so long, these things ship straight from China, which the website never indicated at all (the site says they're based in Canada). I was not happy about that bit of deception... but then discovered the shoe boxes inside the shipping bag where all squashed and damaged. I took photos before opening, but thankfully the shoes were not damaged. Tried them on, they fit, but aren't the most comfortable shoes. Cute, but not comfortable. Then I realized the "brand" of shoe is Siketu, printed on the inside sole. That bit of info is erased from the images on the Comfy Sandals website! I did a quick search online, and you can find this brand of shoes all over Amazon, and for way less money than I paid at the Comfy Shoes website! I'm very unsatisfied with the Comfy Shoes experience, and now I feel ripped off too. So they got me... no ones fault but my own. Based on reviews of the customer service at Comfy Shoes I'm going to skip trying to return these things... but lesson learned! No more buying shoes online.
