Ordered my sandals 3 weeks ago. I received an email saying they had shipped two days after I placed my order. They still haven't arrived. In this day when packages arrive within days, what could be the hold up. And please don't use the excuse of Covid! That is just a cop out! I have reached out to the company with no response. I have put in a refund request with PayPal and hope to recover my money. What a scam!

Ordered and paid for sandals 4/26/2021. Notice 4/27/2021 order had shipped. Tracked order, it was delivered to California. I am in Arizona! They do not respond to calls or emails. I am still getting emails to order from them - they keep offering %discounts - I am contesting the charges on my card. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS!

Like others who have reviewed Comfy Sandals, I have been waiting months to get the 2 pairs of sandals I ordered. No reply from their misnamed and totally nonexistent customer service. Tracking number just takes me to a Chinese shipping company that just displays a blank white screen.
Don't waste your money.

Over a month and no sandals sent. No tracking info available other than a label was printed in NY over a month ago. No replies to voice mail. Customer service email comes back as delivery failure: domain name not found.
I will NOT add proof of purchase to avoid credit card fraud!
This company continues to send emails EVERY day soliciting more sales! Unbelievable!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, as I have had the same issues as most of these listed. I ordered the shoes 2 months ago and have not received them. I have left voice messages and emailed them several times with no response. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered sandals on 3/25/21. On 4/10/21 they sent an email that the sandals were shipped, I ordered 4 pairs for a total of $133.04, they sent two other emails saying they were shipped. I sent them an email on 5/24/21 stating that I still didn't receive the 4 pairs of sandals and that now I want my money back. Two months and no sandals! On 5/25/21 I received the sandals, I refused them and wrote return to sender. I have never received an answer to any of my emails that I sent. Do not buy from this company! If you do you will regret it.

Well 2 months to the day of placing my order, my shoes arrived... They are pretty, today is the first day I am wearing them, so we will see how comfy they prove to be.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMFY SANDALS! THEY ARE CRAP. THEY DON'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. They aren't even comfortable. Took months to get the two pair. They are cheap plastic, poorly put together, came in a plastic bag rubber banded together. The worst $80 I've ever spent on shoes. They should be in a Dollar Store and I would still probably pass.Not a legit website! I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

No shoes after a month or more, just phony emails saying shoes shipped.

After I wrote my most recent review on Comfy Sandals, my order finally arrived. Coincidence? I don't know. So although they apparently do exist in some form, the follow through remains absolutely horrible. They do not respond to multiple requests for a response of any kind and shoes take over two months to arrive. Quality is okay. Fit a bit loose with no way to tighten. I will wear, but are not my favorites by any stretch.

I wish I would have checked reviews first! I ordered 3 pairs of sandals. Its been months and they haven't arrived. Tracking number appears to lead nowhere (fake?) I have emailed 6 times - no response. Their phone number appears to be fake. I am now pursuing a dispute with my credit card. I'd like to file some type of formal complaint but I'll have to research how. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered sandals two months ago I have not received the item nor can I get anyone to respond to my numerous emails and messages left on voice mail. Terrible seller! Terrible reviews on site as well! Don't order item you will not get it! If I could choose negative one star for review I would!

I ordered a pair of sandals the beginning of April hoping to have these for Mother's Day. It is not the middle of may and still no sandals. The company had no problem charging my credit card. I have written them six times and still no response from them. I will never order from this company again a complete scam!

I ordered two pairs of sandals on April 10th and nearly one month later I have not only received them, but my repeated attempts to contact them through email phone goes on unheeded. I am beyond frustrated and will report them to the small business administration and write as many negative review as possible to stop others from ordering these sandals.

I never received 2 pairs of sandals that I ordered from them. No one returns my emails or texts. The phone number goes directly to voice mail. No return call. I can't track them. A label was made in Buffalo NY, but the sandals were never taken to the facility for shipping. That was March 30th. They took my money though. Looking for help to get my money back.
