I ordered my sandals on May 18,2021 and I'm still waiting to receive them. There's no response to my numerous emails and at this point,
I just want a refund. This is bad business.
I placed my order on May 10,2021 and it is now June 18,2021 and still no shoes! As others have stated, I have written emails to them twice and called their customer service number, which goes right to voicemail. This company is a fraud! I will be reporting them to the state of Texas attorney general's office and the FTC to see how they can get this fraudulent company from doing business any longer. In the meantime, I will report this to my credit card company to get the charges reversed for a product that I haven't received and for which they have taken my money. If everyone who has been wronged by this company reports them to the FTC, their fraudulent website my be taken down.
Order April 28,2021, and here it is June, and have not received anything, not even my shipping information. I have sent many emails in regards to my order being wrong to get it corrected the same day as my order and still have not received a response back from anyone. I highly suggest that no one orders from this site, there's no customer service and there is no telling when you will receive your items if you get them at all!
Ordered & paid 5/8, shipping label created 5/13. Current date 6/17, still no movement on the shipping nor response to my refund request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Labels were created on April 19th, 5 days after I ordered sandals and they expired and then shop tried to mark the shoes as being delivered and finally one of the shipping labels that was expired got scanned but the label just went to a different city in California and has remained there for almost 2 weeks. USPS removed the number from it's system totally because it's not a legitimate number I have sent dozens of emails and the phone number says that it's not callable and I have filed on Paypal and finally casual comfort sent a lone email for just one of my two separate orders for shoes and it was a generic email and they have never responded to the second purchase of shoes. So I am hoping that at least I will get my money back. I don't expect to ever see the shoes after 8 plus weeks of waiting and checking all the shippers.
I have an order number for one I placed on May 16 of 2021. I have not received the shoes. I have sent many emails and called and left messages. I just received my credit card bill. There's the charge for the sandals. No sandals. I think it's time for the law to step in, yes? Has anyone else actually received anything from this company?
I have contacted them five times and No answer. I would not order anything else from this company, so sad. I ordered my sandals back in May the 17th.
I ordered from this company 2 years ago without any problems. That's why I didn't check the reviews. But now I wish I had. Ordered on 5/13/21. Still haven't received as of 6/10/21. It's been in Buffalo, NY since 5/20/21. I've sent a complaint to USPS, waiting for their response.
You order sandals but they don't deliver them and try to get you to order more. Then they bill your credit card. What a deal - for them. I ordered 2 pair, but not enough for them. They billed for 3. They really don't deserve a star - wanted to give them 1/4 or 1/2 as some of the sandals were attractive. But not worth it!
I ordered some sandals from Comfy Sandals on May 18,2012. As of today June 9,2021, I have not received my order. I have tried to track my order, but come up with nothing. Even Comfy Sandals has sent me an email with a link and tracking number.
I have emailed them several times but no response. I am very dissatisfied with this Company.

Customer service is basically non-existent. The purchase confirmation email said I would receive the sandals in 7-14 days and provided a tracking number. All the tracking number reported is that they had recorded my order but there was no actual tracking information. I sent inquiring emails twice and I all I got were standard replies about things taking longer than expected; I called and there's just an answering machine (of corse, no one ever called me back). Finally the sandals arrived after a month and a half. They look really cheap and I will return them. But to be able to return them I have to wait for Comfy Sandals to reply to my email and provide the return label, so fingers crossed they will reply before the 30-day limit for returns.
Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM COMFY SANDALS
I ordered a pair of sandals and have not them after a month. If I had known they had this rating I could have saved my money.
Don't buy these sandals. You will never get them. If you email them they don't answer you and when you call you just get a recording and they never call you back. I did not get my shoes Or a refund. This is not a good business!
I wish I had read reviews before ordering. As many others have stated, I ordered, my card was charged immediately and the tracking number provided shows it still has not been processed for delivery. They won't return my emails. I will be contacting my bank to have the charges reversed.
I ordered several pairs of sandals and paid for them That was 3 weeks a go. I clicked all sizes 7 and one pair shows 5. I have tried to call and sent emails to no avail. Emails come back and no answer over phone. I will not use this company again but I need to find out hat has happened. My bank was charged for four pairs. I only ordered three. I have reported this to FTC...
This company neededs to be fined for false advertising of foot ware, ordered a pair and never received, after reading other reviews, i called my credit card company and gotten reenbursed for my order, as for me no more ordering on line products. Companies like this make it bad for other legitimate companies. Rating is a 0
I ordered 2 months ago. Wrote to them several times to no avail. They do not even answer. Next step is to contact my credit card company for a refund and never order from this company again.
Really wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering these sandals. I ordered April 2021 and have not received my 4 pair of shoes despite my card being charged immediately. Additionally, I have sent several emails and left voice messages with NO response. The shipping link confirms that a label had been created but items not received at shipping facility. I have reached out to my bank for assistance in this matter. NEVER AGAIN. Extremely poor customer service.
NEVER buy from this company. It has been one month since I paid for nothing. So far, the tracking says a shipping label has been generated by USPS and is waiting for the product to arrive in Buffalo, NY. This company is a hoax. Caveat emptor.
Well, to say the least, I should have done my homework.
1) They shipped the wrong color of sandal. I ordered a Boho, flat "sand" color and they sent green.
2) The other pair are cheap and are excrutiatingly painful to wear.
We will see how they reply to my email about sending me the right color.
Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: I also purchased Sandals and never received them. I reached out to them via email and never received an email back. That was in June of 2021. It is now February of 2023. I still have not received my Sandals or a refund let alone a response. This company is definitely in the business of scamming people. I do not recommend you give them your business at all. Kari
Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
