I placed an order for a size 8 sandal. It arrived however found it to be too tight. Tried to exchange for another size/refund with no luck after several attempts. Do not purchase from this vendor.

Although supposedly in stock, my sandals took 2 months to arrive after ordering. I wear a 5 1/2 - 6 shoe and ordered a 6 to make sure they were extra roomy and comfortable, but they fit like a size 5. My toes fully hung over the side when walking. The toe divider was also incredibly uncomfortable. I'm throwing them in the trash.

Ordered beginning of May 2021 to have for the summer, they never arrived (it's now the end of August 2021) and no response to emails! I was sent a tracking number, but it never worked. Was able to file a dispute to the credit card charge and got my money back.

Ordered these in May, 2021. It is August, 2021, still no sandals, contacted them 3/4 times, they have NEVER got back with me nor sent sandals nor gave me the requested refund, cancel order. Do not order shoes from here

Received cute looking pink sandals, after waiting a month! Unfortunately they are too big. Have been trying to contact company via email/phone fir one week without any response! Do not order from them! Wish I had read these reviews earlier! So frustrating! Gonna report to BBB!

I wish i had read the reviews 1st. They also operate on FB as chicandsandal. I ordered 2prs of sandals and right away my paypal was charged in what looks like Chinese writing. I became suspicious and looked at the reviews, which were horrible. I went back to the email and found the number to contact them about the order. Within 5 minutes of ordering, i sent an email to cancel. The email got kicked back as being invalid. I contacted paypal to dispute the charges, but they denied it, saying it didn't fit their criteria. I realized i was stuck. The shoes arrived today, they're cheap plastic and too small and uncomfortable. I chalk it up to a lesson learned to check the reviews 1st. What a waste of $50

I have been waiting since June 3rd for this order. Tracking info never changes, it is just sitting in NY. Can't get company to respond to my emails.

I received my shoes. They arrived in bubble wrap not even a box. Ok. I can handle that but for 43.00 you would expect decent quality. They are plastic and squeak. I am beyond disgusted. Never ever order. Wish I would have read reviews.

My order was confirmed on May 17th, also my payment went right to my account and paid for. I have sent two emails, no response! I called and got a voicemail to leave a message.

Ordered in early March for a trip in May. By the end of May, no sandals. Oh, they did take my money right away and they sent a tracking number that never showed as receiving item. At the end of May, I tried phoning them and emailing them many times. Phone number was phony and went to a totally different business. Emails all bounced back. I went through PayPal to contact the business and the numbers they had were also phony. I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. Thank God I went through them. They refunded me. In early June, a package shows up from some name I didn't recognize. Inside was a box with Chinese writing all over. Inside that box were the sandals. 3 months to get them. Called PayPal to go ahead and charge me, but they couldn't and the company has no contact number that's legit. Shoes fit, are pretty, but I think this is a scam. They claim to be based in the United States. They are not. Don't even try ordering from them. I sure won't again.

This Company charged my credit card right away. And the shoe's finally came after 2 month's. They are CHEAP PLASTIC GARBAGE.
And on top of all that; They keep sending me text message's, to order more shoes from them. Heck NO, never again.

As others have stated, I should have read the reviews first. Ordered two pairs of sandals received email with a tracking # on the 6th of May and that was it. Never received my order and tried contacting them via email, phone and instagram. Never received any other communication from them. I contacted my financial institution and eventually received my money back, however now Comfy Sandals is saying they fulfilled their obligation by shipping the order and they want to get their money back. They however, don't show any indication that the order was received. Do yourselves a favor and don't order from them.

This company is so bad. I'm not sure how they have managed to stay in business. They finally shipped sandals after I wrote several emails to them and finally I disputed charge. Then sandals came and I made the mistake of withdrawing dispute. When sandal arrived they were huge and I've been trying to return them but they won't answer my email telling me how to return them. I know understand why reviews for this company is as bad as it is. Never again!

I ordered 3 pairs. They charged my card but never shipped anything. I get no response to my calls or emails. I think the company is a scam. I'll be disputing the charges.

I ordered sandals April 7th. I changed my mind the next day. Tried to cancel numerous times. Rec'd them in June, tried to r'tn them. Nope. Please don't buy this product. They are a scam.

Horrible Customer service, hard to get refund after recieving tracking and status not changing on tracking for two months. Never recieved items. Too difficult to get a hold of customer service and horrible response times to emails (if they respond at all) emailed three times before I got a generic response back that wasn't even helpful. No working contact phone number just a number that goes straight to a voicemail.

Order was never received! I also can never get in contact with anyone! Can not get in touch by phone, there e-mail address does not seem to work! In 2 months I have never been able to get an answer from them! C Tennis
