I ordered 3 pairs of sandals all of which were way too small. I have written 4 emails with no response. Ugh why didn't I read the reviews prior to losing my money!
I live in Australia I saw the dark blue slip on sandals online they took a while to come but they are worth every cent very comfortable and exactly the sandals that were advertised online I can't wait to wear them in summer
I ordered 4 pair. Size 5. Too big, smells awful and color off. Took a month to get. Not a bargain and I have to pay return shipping to BFE. Don't bother ordering. Cheap made junk. I'll donate. BUYER BEWARE
I got caught! The one time I didn't read reviews... I had purchased Comfy shoes in a store and they were okay. Ordering online is a nightmare, DO NOT do it! First, they no longer have a working telephone for customer service, second they did reply to a couple of emails, and basically said, too bad you didn't read our disclaimers on our website. They DO NOT provide tracking on their items! I've never encountered that kind of cheap from anyone selling on the internet. You must pay the post office if you want to track their items. All I get now and for weeks is that it's "in transit" to the post office in the U.S. They would not cancel my order.
I can only imagine how these sandals will fit. Likely it's money down the toilet. I will NEVER buy Comfy again, anywhere. All the reviews here are the same, and add mine into this mix.
I bought the Casual Comfort Wedge Sandals, very nice sandals but the bottoms feel slippery so I will attempt to return them, you CANNOT return if you have worn them! I also bought the thong sandals with the elastic strap. The bottoms are not slippery, they have a texture and the swede like inside keeps your feet from slipping. I have only worn once so I do not know how well they will hold up.
I have sent 20 emails to them, and not one reply to exchange the size of my sandals etc.

I ordered a pair of sandals on 21st Feb 22 - duly received an email advising they have been shipped on the 23rd Feb - credit card was debited in NZ Dollars on 21st February. The tracking number given continues to show NOT KNOWN.
I have written numerous emails and no-one responds - but they keep sending emails selling their shoes.
I now realise I should have checked these reviews before ordering - I have lost NZ$59 but thank goodness it is not $150!
I love my company sandals but it takes them forever to arrive but but if they're made in Italy now I understand why
17th January I ordered sandals because I already have a pair from 2yrs ago which I love. It is now 9th March. No order or tracking number received yet money was taken out immediately. I have sent 7 emails with no reply to one. Extremely disappointed as I had no problem last time. Am wondering if they are still viable?
I would give a star rating of 0 if I could. I'm starting to wonder if this company actually exists. I also fell victim to this by not reading the reviews in advance. I only read the reviews on their website - fell for it. I placed my order, they charged my credit card right away. After 2 weeks I have not heard anything about the order received, shipment date or anything else. I have left numerous voice messages, emails - to no avail. I contacted my credit card company. The phone number the card company has for them is not in service. What a joke. Fortunately my card company worked with me on this and refunded my money. They will handle the issue with Comfy Sandals. How does this company get away with this? What a scam
I ordered a pair of men's fur shoes on January 12,2022 & rec'd a conformation email. I have been receiving a ton of emails since but no answers to my emails to *******@sandals.com & the phone no. They list is inoperable. Does anyone have any information on how to contact this company or do I just call my purchase price a donation to a scam website?

At first these shoes are very comfortable but after a few months of wearing them they are falling apart. The first pair I bought did the same thing but I was hoping the second pair I bought would be different. They weren't. The soles are coming apart, a hole developed on one shoe and the inserts didn't last.
ComfySandal.com is a scam! They don't send you your order, they don't answer emails. They only send you advertisement after advertisement in hopes you're stupid enough to order another. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card company! FRAUDULENT! BEWARE!
I ordered three pairs of sandals in October 2021 and still have not received my order and today is 12/17/2021. The only time I hear from them is when i email them and ask what is going on with my order i get an automated (email) respond, with the same sentence. However, just the lack of honest customer service. I asked for a full refund since I still have not received anything. I'm still waiting. I will keep you guys updated, till then. I give them NO stars. Had to put one to move foward.
I have written at least 6 separate emails to customer service with my order number included, asking for a return address label because I couldn't even get these sandals on my feet! It's been over 2 months since I started emailing them and I have NEVER received any response. If I could have given them half a star instead of a 1, I would have. Don't waste your money on this company!
They sent me the wrong size and I have been emailing them every day for three weeks with no response. I just want an exchange, not even a refund and they could care less. This company not only will not respond, but it also took several months to get my order in the 1st place. NEVER buy anything from them. The items they carry are on other websites, so they are not original. Order somewhere else and save yourself money and grief.
I loved the pair i got last year but i never received ones i ordered in march get no reponse when i email them and now tracking number is gone
I ordered a pair back in May, thought it would be great for summer, I never got them! The phone number on the site is bogus, the customer service email not responding, my next step is to contest that transaction and tell everyone not to buy this, it's fraud.
I ordered 2pr of Sandals paying $68 back in May of this year. I wanted them for the Summer. It's now Oct and I still haven't received them. I have notified the company multiple times requesting the sandals or a refund. One person contacted me and said it was a logistical problem yet I receive an ad every day asking to buy more. I ordered over a year ago and I still have not received my order nor am I getting a response when emailing this company for a status update or refund! Total scam! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: I also purchased Sandals and never received them. I reached out to them via email and never received an email back. That was in June of 2021. It is now February of 2023. I still have not received my Sandals or a refund let alone a response. This company is definitely in the business of scamming people. I do not recommend you give them your business at all. Kari
Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
