Do not order from this website! It is a scam and the worst clothes ever! You don't even get your full order NOR the clothes are not anything like the images you see. Quality is extremely poor. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Total scam. I spent over $100 for 5 items. Only 4 arrived & they were all absolutely unwearable. One even had holes at neckline, Hems were unfinished, fabric quality was dreadful. Unfulfilled promises went on & on for 4 months. Request for full refund of course was ignored.

Placed an order Sept 1 didn't hear anything for over a week, sent them an email asking for an update. They said it had been okayed by The inspector and would ship Sept 15. The email wasn't worded properly which made me uneasy so I replied to it and told them I wanted to cancel the order. I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS for THREE DAYS!
They ignore them then today they replied and said it was too late to cancel. The website clearly states that an order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't shipped. A total scam operation. I am going to refuse the shipment a file a dispute with the credit card company.

Fake pop-up site

Do a reverse image search and you can find where the product photo's were stolen from. One jacket is listed at $36 on Comfy's website yet if you do a reverse image search you can find that it is listed on a reputable site for $4.3k. Another cardigan I looked up was listed at $27 and I traced it back to a Russian crocheter's website where she makes freeform cardigans. Do not buy from this site and always reverse image search.

SCAMMERS FRAUD

I BOUGHT A SWEATER AN A DRESS.ON THE NOV 1 STILL NOTHIN FROM THEM I WANTED MY DRESS REFUNDED BUT THEY TOLD ME TO PICK A NOTHER AN GET 10% OFF THE SWEATER WAS 3995 AN THE DRESS WAS 3950 THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS GOJN TO BE MAILED OUT NOVEMBER 15 IT WOULD TAKE 3 8 SHIPPING DAY'S now i see that they HAVE A NOTHER WEB SITE freshidear oh yes with the same something has to be done with these me sweater's an clothing from comfyfree?

Part 1 -I spent $106 for 3 items on 3 Sept and after 60 days they had not arrived and I started to complain. I kept getting these 'cut and paste' replies asking me to wait 5-10 days. Then they sent the 'cut and paste' to accept $4 (? For $106 sale).

Part 2 - One dress finally arrived and two other items have not, it's been almost 3 months. The dress was cheap and nasty, absolute rubbish and they charged me $50 for this. I asked to return it several times and they kept sending those irritating 'cut and paste' offers for $4 compensation. I kept saying now. Finally after 16 days the emails changed to... it's too late you had 14 days to return the item. HaHaHa

Part 3 - PayPal (with whom I've been dealing for decades) has FAILED to support me in getting a refund. They kept sending me to the American Fraud Site and I'm in Australia - I told them that 5 times!

Finally, THEY said I hadn't replied and sided with scumbag sellers. I had replied 15 times which they just ignored.

Yes I finally went to ACCC but I'm not holding my breath.

So who stops these scumbag sellers?

Nothing is as promised

I ordered the 2nd of October and after waiting two weeks, sent an email that basically said I would have to wait until the end of the month for my shipment?! I received 2 pieces a couple days ago. I ordered L or XL in everything. The two items I received are definitely more like small or medium, regardless the labels. Also, the quality is poor. Not what was advertised or expected. But mostly, in this day and age, having to wait 30 days before something ships is ridiculous! I ordered many items; because they all looked so great and fabrics looked legit. But given their customer service email response along with other reviews, have no expectations at all at this point. I figure its a total loss and will just donate once they arrive. Not going to take up more of my time dealing with this seller. May place PayPal claim. Why send photos? Since doesn't seem they care at all. So, Buyer Beware! There are unfortunately many sites like this with various names, same seller group.:-(

After waiting 8 weeks for two tops I was promised a refund of 8$ for the inconvenience. This has not materialised and they continue to ignore my e-mails. This Company is a joke and will never deal with them again. Everyone be aware.

I placed an order for 3 tops and 1 dress. I placed the order on Sept 3 and didn't receive anything until the 24th. The shipment was 1 of the 3 shirts I ordered and upon opening the package I found a shirt that was 2 sizes smaller than the size I actually ordered. I'm not sure they even looked at my order or at the size of the shirt! I've been through 1 month of emails back and forth trying to resolve this. I was charged $20.99 for the top and they will only refund $12.84 claiming that I got a discount and it is minus the shipping which was free! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I now have to pay return postage just to get back some of my money. It comes from China and isn't the best quality. Don't be fooled by the cute pictures. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASSLE!

The clothes look amazing in the photos. High quality fabrics, beautiful patterns. Not so! I ordered 7 items in July ttl $217. They sent 3 of the 7 items after I threatened to o
File a PayPal claim. Comfy Free said they would get the order out right away and I told them to keep it and to refund me. They sent it anyway more than another month later. Horrible quality. The return address was in Japanese or Chinese so I can't return it and actually I refuse to pay to return it to Asia. Going through with my PayPal claim.

Ordered 15 August, still haven't got anything. Absolute rip off - thieves! They just keep fobbing me off - we'll send it in 5 to 10 days but it never arrives.
