I ordered two items two months ago and still have not received anything. Of course the company took my money. When I would e-mail them, I received these sweet little e-mails always asking me to "be patient" and can I wait another 5-12 days. This has been going on for two months - still no shipping conformation - no items shipped or received. Anyone in the same situation should contact law enforcement, your states' attorney general, and the site server of which they are associated with. I am doing all three. I'm in law enforcement and know they cannot get away with this much longer. As for a refund? They said, "We'll give you a 10% discount on your next purchase. Laughable. I am also contacting any supplier they do business with, finding their DBA license number and other names they do business under. These foreign companies are a dime a dozen, but this one is the most blatant I have ever seen.

I ordered a holiday dress that was gorgeous. It was one of the prettiest dresses I had ever seen, and so me. The delivery was really slow, but it did arrive yesterday. It looks nothing like what I ordered--A piece of $#*! cheap clothing. My bank is starting a charge back because I am really angry about this. I will never order anything online again without reading the reviews. No point in returning it back to china--into the goodwill bag it will go.

This is truly amazing I had ordered some of the same kinds of clothes on another website called The Beautiful Mother and never received anything. This website has the same format as the one I was on. The prices are the same and even some of the same products. I ordered my stuff on 11/27/19 and as of 12/10/19 have not received anything. I sent an email to the service department which was *******@thebeautifulmother.com. This email address is *******@comfyfree.com coincidence I don't think so. I lost $144.00, don't be taken it appears they are the same company relocated. Consequently the other website is no longer on the web

Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware! Their website is slick but their merchandise is definitely substandard! On 1 Nov, I ordered 4 items through your website hoping to be able to have them for Christmas time. One item (Floral Print Blouse) has been received but was not at all what was promised in the photos and site literature (flimsy and below substandard quality). The remaining 3 items have not been received and are currently still listed as "Preparing for shipment" a month and a half after my order. I've since tried to contact the seller to request cancellation of the rest of the order and reimbursement but they have not responded. After doing some research on the internet, I've found that there are many people who have had the same experience with this company.

I ordered something on the 18th of November and it is now the 10th of December. My $50 Item was never even shipped... I sure wish I had looked this company up and read all of these reviews before I ordered from them and gave them my money! Any response from them from e-mails is in very poor english and misspelled words. They even sent me the exact same email with all the bad grammar and misspellings 4 days apart when I sent separate e-mails to them inquiring about my merchandise

I purchased what I thought was a heavy duty plush coat for winter. The brand showed to be THE NORTH FACE. Well the order came in months after I ordered it and it is a thin cheap made jacket that says THE NCRTH FACE. I emailed them and sent a pic. They want me to pay shipping to return or keep the jacket for a 15$ refund. I spent almost 60$ bucks on this jacket! Do NOT order from here! The photos are not what you will get back. Just a very cheap version

Facebook screwed up
December 9, 2019

Facebook should have checked company before letting them put on ads. I ordered on 11-3 and today is 12-9 and nothing. Have tried to get information and finally Nov. 14 they answered saying processing is 10-20 days then shipping is 3-6 days by expedited and my item will be sent around Nov 18. HA! Nothing yet. Nov. 25 sent email wanting tracking info, NO reply so I sent another email saying if no info by 12-4 would refer to PayPal resolution center. 12-3 they sent email saying they told factory to speed up my order and will send email with tracking when shipped. Yeah right! I am now going to file with PayPal to see if they can do anything, probably not. It all goes back to FaceBook not verifying these companies before letting them advertise.

Ordered two dresses and a blouse more than three months ago. One dress arrived after more than two months, wrong size and not at all like the picture. They will not let me return, and the other two items still have not arrived. I feel really stupid for trusting this site.

Truthfully speaking, Comfyfree is a negative STAR. They do not refund or ship orders. They just enjoy or get a kick out of how long it take you to catch on thru the multiple emails you will never be satisfied. Comfyfree will have bad energy come to their family, friends and self. To all, stay far away.

What a Mistake!

It's been over a month and still have not received my merchandise. Customer service said they have upgraded me to expedited shipping for free, but that was almost 2 weeks ago! I've told them 5 times now to cancel the order and refund my money, and they continue to tell me they've have contacted the manufacturer who will ship the product within the next few days. Order cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the produce has not shipped, but they are not even acknowledging my request. Should have read reviews before ordering - won't make that mistake again!

I ordered a bulky sweater that did not arrive I got this thin sweater that said it was a size that it was not. The first sweater is what I was suppose to get and the second is what I got. Same color but definitely not the sweater in the first picture. The sweater they sent is thin and more like a jersey.

Ordered a sweater jacket and waited almost a month for it. What I received was nothing like what I'd ordered. I received a lightweight, poor quality, thin sweater in the wrong size. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! And don't expect to hear from Customer Service. It won't happen. Save your money and buy from a reputable business.

I ordered a sweater over a month ago-still don't have it. There tracking down-called system says it's in transit-for the past 10 days. No idea when it will ever get here. Probably summer. Do NOT waste ur time on this site. There stuff is cheap because u will never get it.

I ordered $250.00 with of stuff and feel like a complete dumbass. They have done all that the other reviews said. When I tried to cancel they sent one shirt that was cute but 3 sizes too small. Now it's Thanksgiving day and can't cancel because they have a tracking number which of course is only the number with no information. I wish I knew how to get my money back. If anyone knows how to please let me know.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. These people are com artists. I have been waiting for the top I ordered for 2 months and they now say it is not even made. Have asked for a refund but not holding my breath that I will get my money back.

This are so bad that you could not even call them knock offs of the real thing.
The fabrics are flawed and see through, the patterns don't match the photos.
One dress had a bodice size 6 and bottom about size 20.
They do no deliver all your items.
