I ordered 3 items that I was going to use as a base for different outfits one of which was a costume. The ankle length green dress with embroidery turned out to be a black long sleeve short linen shift.
Took 4 months for me to receive the items and they were either not what I had ordered or so poorly made that they were falling apart. Tried to contact customer service to return but the contact information is defunct. Do not waste your time or money on ANYTHING from this site.

I ordered also and received 3 wrong items and 2 that are poorly made and still have 7 more items out there. Filed claim with paypal. This is an evil company and stay away! Today I received a $10 partial refund offer. What a joke. I spent $161.64. I am so livid. I had to esclate my claim with paypal as the jerks sent in a tracking number and it held the wrong items and paypal took that as a confrimation of receipt. I had to call PP and escalte my claim. Waiting for PP to get back with me once I did not accept the $10.00. They are reviewing. I will send in prints of these complaints. I too cannot get on their web page as it is down. PP should be combining all these complaints and do something... I want my money back!

I ordered coat Nov 28/19. They said would advise when shipped. After no advice I emailed them 3rd week Dec. They
Replied not to worry. After not hearing anything I emailed them again approx 10th of Jan/20. Email went thru but no answer. The coat showed up Jan 16/20. All was okay except for one problem it did not fit. I ordered size XL. Coat was labeled XL but was made for Asian sizes which are much smaller than North American sizes due to Chinese people are much smaller than North Americans. This coat was made and shipped from China. To get coat to fit when shipped from China should have ordered at least 3 or maybe 4 sizes larger. In future will be more careful and only order garments when shipped from North America.

I ordered 4 items on 9/2/19. I received 1 dress after 2 months & numerous emails. The quality of the fabric and sewing was horrible. The fit on the top of the dress was for someone without breasts. I wanted to send it back for a refund but it would have cost $82 to ship it back & the dress was only $16 to start with. 3 Other items have never been received. They send you these tracking #s, and it seems that 1 item arrived in Texas. I am 2000 miles away from there. Now the site no longer exists.

No refund/return! They sent a grey camo coat, red was ordered, 16 days after ordered. 3 items were ordered, still havent received the 3rd item, one month later. The 2nd item, a cardigan, is sub-par. Broken English emails, and responses in their text, tells the whole story. They wanted me to send pics of the coat "outside in daylight". Like the coat would change color? But i complied. THEN they told me no refund, exchange only, and i would have to pay for the return postage! I will never do on-line ordering again, without checking where the merchandise is being mailed FROM. POOR quality, and even worse customer service.

I ordered a sweater from them Nov. 5, after SEVERAL emails, the last one I said I was going to turn the case over to Paypal. I received the item, it's a PICTURE of a sweater design printed on fleece! The website is gone. Scam! Robbers!
