Very disappointing

I ordered when I went to pay my card was charged for alot more than I orderedI called immediately and was told I couldn't cancel my order. When it came I put return to sender and I contacted them with a tracking number. They said it would be 30 days to get my refund. 30 days came and went and I tried to reach them again with no response. I filed through PayPal and got some of my money back but they have kept around50.00. Bad business. Never again!

Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 3 tights from Ticktoc and was very excited. I understood the long wait time and I was ok with this. I tracked the shipment often. And the closer it came the more excited I got. I had them shipped to the office since I am the only one here and I could not wait till I got home. The mailman handed me the mail every day and we were both looking for it after they said it was delivered. To no avail. It was never delivered and when I had contacted customer service numerous times. I was told to contact my local post office, over and over again. I was able to contact my credit card company and get my money back. But I really wanted the tights I ordered. I am very upset because I was really looking forward to these. Luckily they are not the only game in town and I was able to find simular items, Cheaper.

Purchased items online on Jan. 4, the order was not processed until Jan. 21, and received on Feb 15. The sweater was the wrong size in an open package, and looked nothing like photo, the two pair of boots were not shipped stating they were OUT OF STOCK, they were in stock when I ordered them but 17 days before processing I guess they would be out of stock. I had to send five emails before they refunded my money. Also, they don't accept returns due to COVET 19, of course they don't tell you that up front. Your stuff is coming from "China" they don't tell you that either.

I looked up on their products, so nice and beautiful and unbelievably affordable for the quality they are promoting. I really was determined to purchase a good amount of clothes until an idea came in to write to the customer service a messages and try to see if anyone will reply back. Not being surprised at all to see that only the category was I able to choose (the category of the issue or the subject of the message). When I was about to write my name my email and the message there is no way I can write anything. So it is as scam, u won't be able to get through them and speak with no one. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND BUY WHAT U CAN TOUCH FIRST.

Supposedly 100% linen and wool is cheap polyester plastic and terribly made.
Website no longer exists. Nowhere to even return it.

I ordered four paw-print tunics in different colors over two months ago, received them, but too long in sleeves, go down to my knees and I am 5'9! I have reached out to them by email on many many many ocassions, and they offered me $5.00 at first, for me to keep them. Then, they offered $10.00 but need to keep them! I have repeatedly requested for their Return Address, all on deaf ears! I spent nearly $100.00 on these four tunics, and I just want to return them, that's all! They asked for pictures of an Express Sheet, which I NEVER received, so took pictures of all the numbers on their packaging and labels, as they requested in the beginning of this transaction! I wished I had read all the reviews on this company, I wouldn't have placed any order with them! Just hope this helps the next person who wants to place an order, as you NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Sure their clothes look real cute online, but its not what you get when you order from them! BEWARE, BEWÀRE, BEWARE!

I ordered 2 shirts, after a long wait I received 1 of the shirts I ordered & another I didn't order. Kathy & maggie that I was emailing kept telling me I had to pay return shipping since I wanted to sent 1 shirt back (shirt I didn't order) that's b. S. they screwed up on their end! Stay away this is a bad company!

The Worst Company Ever

Besides waiting almost six months for my entire purchase, the items that you receive look nothing like what you get. Then when you try to return them and use the email address provided the email is returned to you undeliverable. What a scam. Don't waste your time on these people.

I bought 3 items from this bogus company. 2 of which didn't fit me and I sent them an email asking for a refund or exchange. They went on to tell me to give the items as gifts to other people and they would compensate me $7.00. This the worst company and customer service, I would not recommend getting anything from this Comfyess company.

Sweater dress

Had no outfit to wear! Patchwork jacket that I ordered for my son was cheap, not a large size! Glad their site is no longer available - China $#*!!

Unfortunately the support service of this company didn't help at all in any thing. We have changed many emails. Made me loose time and money. I ordered many products and received almost all of them wrong and the company didn't do any thing abut it but beg ME to accept whatever came. I have never seen such a terrible way to treat a client. The products are different from the pictures and the quality questionable. I don't recommend buying there if you don't want to loose your money.

Summary: ordered 2 shirts and 2 sweaters, only 1 is decent. Others are wrong size and/or too poor quality. This is a very low quality store and not worth the money or disappointment.

I ordered 4 items from Comfyrs. The green forest silhouette sweater, the blue whale sweater, a shirt with a watercolor turtle on it, and another red-yellow shirt with giant flower on it.

As soon as I paid, with contact information being optional, I got suspicious yet went through with the order. I was actually surprised to receive an email about 2 weeks later that my order was shipped, and then to receive the items about 3 weeks later.

Only the sweater of the whale is the right size and high enough quality for me to keep. The rest is being donated to charity. I ordered the smallest size of everything, yet the two t-shirts are HUGE. They are more like a Large US-size. The sweater of the forest is very pixelated and not at all like the photo. You can't even tell that it's showing trees.

The discounts are also very deceiving: if you buy 4 items, you only receive 1 discount for 1 item, not discounts on each. Shipping costs extra, too, about $10.

Not worth it.

I placed three orders. The first two orders, I received without any problem. The third order package arrived empty. They said that they were not responsible. They would not provide me with the receipt to file a claim with the United States Postal Service. Do NOT Order From Comfyrs!

Bloody awful products

Bloody awful products. The garments are NOTHING like the beautiful pictures. After being offered up to 25% refund and keep these flammable nasties, I returned the cardboard boots and "cotton" (read flimsy cheap polyester lining printed material) cowboy shirt. I kept the cardigan out of sheer frustration - it is a far cry from the pretty one in the photo. It cost me A$55 in postage because they don't combine, and then A$38 to send the stuff back. RIP OFF!

I would give a negative number if possible - this
Company is run by Starlink Technology and they have at least 5 or 6 companies advertising all over Facebook, lying to people telling them they are closing because of Covid 19, suggesting you better hurry if you want to get in on what is left - I placed an order, then thought to check them out - when I saw the truth about them, I immediately emailed them to cancel the order - they refused, I did a chargeback on my card, and they sent the order anyway, apparently - I never received it, but they got their 40.77 back just today - so now I'm fighting this as soon as I get the paperwork from Capital One - Facebook should be ashamed to let this happen on their website, they have been told about this whole situation and choose to do nothing

Item received is nothing like the pictures. Picture showed embroidered details along the sleeves and collar as well as small cutouts in crisscross pattern near collarbone. The shirt I received was painted instead of embroidered. Even what we're supposed to be cutouts we're painted on. You will be very disappointed if you order from this site.

I ordered 4 shirts that didn't fit and were of poor quality. They also had no tags including no laundry instructions. Wrote to them to return and got a song and dance until they finally said that return shipping would be too expensive and I should give them to a friend. Worst experience I've had!

Don't waste your money
