Do not order from this company. They know how to work PayPal! I placed an order in November and never heard anything. I started to check the reviews and found many negative reviews. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. PayPal denied my dispute because Comfyfree provided them with partial shipment tracking numbers which were not tracking numbers from the usps, ups or fedex. They did send me one dress that is awful and not one that I ordered but a cheap mess. Shame on PayPal for letting this company continue to work with them. They got me for 130.00!
Ordered a couple of dresses for Christmas for my granddaughter and the dresses did not resemble the pictures that I ordered. Material is flimsy and the dresses ran real small. Only spend about $60.00, so not worth sending back (to CHINA, NO LESS!). Yeah, learned my lesson - you get what you pay for. Dresses are being pitched or donated.

Still waiting after 1 1/2 months for my items or my refund. When i ask for refund they refuse to give it back. They still send the same email msg every time apologizing but not rectifying the situation. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I placed a $134 order today. Had minor issues with the checkout procedure, had to enter my card info twice. Then the site said DO NOT HONOR... yikes!
Since I entered everything twice I thought perhaps my account was charged twice and the 2nd swipe would not have gone through because there wasn't another $134 left in the account.
I waited for a confirmation email, and while I was waiting I decided to do what I should have done first and read the reviews... OMG! I freaked out... not only was I gonna be scammed for $134, but possibly twice!
Immediately called my bank to try to kill my card in time before the charge[s] were applied... Happy to find out my bank refused the charge because it was from a foreign country. This is the 2nd time my bank has saved me from foreign scammers. So the DO NOT HONOR notification was a good thing in the end... My bank says this charge attempt was from a bank in Poland. For those of you who have already been burned I am so sorry, but good luck. Recovering from this scam will be tough!
I complain and ask for $$ back, they say wait a few more days - months later with no dress, they say pick out something else. Stay away from this site.
Incorrect items or not shipped. I received one item it was the completely wrong color and the proportions of size was way too small. When I complained about not receiving the second item 3 months later they finally sent me a blue dress But it wasn't even the same dress Again could not wear and it was too small. Went through PayPal resolution center. They recommend contacting the supplier first. Contacted them they were good at conversing back-and-forth requiring I send a picture of the items. And then they offered me a $6 refund when I paid $70. I said no and I haven't heard from them since. Back to contacting PayPal, I guess.
I ordered two items on 12/10/19 and contacted them the next day requesting order cancellation and refund. I've had the same laughable but maddening experience as everyone else. I did file a dispute with my bank but that has to go through Visa and can take up to 90 days. If any package arrives, I will return to sender. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam. That's what I get for trusting anything from Facebook. Lesson learned.
Ordered 2 sweaters and a cheap pair of earrings. I got the earrings, but I'm still out over 65 bucks on the sweaters. They keep sending emails that they are having trouble with the vendors, but will NOT CANCEL AND REFUND. I'm filing complaints with every one I can. This is fraud!
The dresses are beautiful and who can resist the price? As the saying goes, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is.". Do not be fooled by the price and photos. The merchandise clearly does not exist. I ordered a dress in Sept. And as of 12-16-2019 have yet to receive it.

They have 3 days left then I go to my attorney general as well as law enforcement for fraud and deception. You need to do that also. The goal is to shut them down permanently. It's been two months and no order. Several emails from them always promising and delivering nothing. Shut them down.
Impossible to cancel your order. Just Scam firm. After purchase, they won't answer on your emails. Terrible experience.
I waited a month for my order but then didn't get my entire order. The clothes I did get don't look like the photos. The purse came in a plastic bag all the way from China, Inside the bag was wet. I wish I would have seen this site before I ordered. I wonder if their other reviews r fake since that was on the news.
Everyone's review are very helpful and I would never have taken a chance in china... if only I had read the reviews first!

Tried to cancel order. Never received anything. My Citibank card stuck up for them. Between Citibank and comfy free I lost 139.96
Oh my gosh, everyone on this site is SO right. I wish I had checked this out earlier... I ordered a luxurious looking sweater jacket with thick yarn and a beautiful design for my wife for her birthday. I got no order confirmation and a month later I received an email saying it was en route. It arrived and is absolutely NOT what I paid for. This thing arrived all wrinkled and wet (who ships from China in a plastic bag package that is not weather resistant?) and it was ugly, misshapen, with very THIN yarn. The only thing that was like the photo was the color. See photos below. Also, the pockets are very poorly made/stitched. I have written for help from them but based on the below comments, I'm not hopeful. The worst part is I thought my original order didn't go through, so I re-ordered this sweater and a few more items from the BEAUTIFUL pictures in the "catalog" and now I'm dreading what will arrive. The color on the "pocket" picture didn't faithfully reproduce, it looks gray, but it's from the same sweater. Of course, they are Christmas presents!
Don't not buy from this company! It is called bait and switch. I ended up with the ugliest coat on the face of the earth. They refused to fund my money for sending the wrong item. I will never buy anything made in China again.
I ordered on 10/24/19 and as of today, 12/12/19, I still have nothing to show for it even though they charged my card the same day I placed my order. This "company" is a complete scam and apparently have no problem stealing money from people.
Waited 8 weeks for a blouse which was the wrong colour, too small for me, and had substandard stitching with holes in it. Paid way too much for a very low quality garment. I've requested a refund but not feeling confident. They are charlettons!
Answer: Comfyfree is a scam. They post beautiful pics of dresses at a price that's too good to be true, because it is: TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Beware, do not order from them.
