Please do not buy ANYTHING from this so-called company. I have never seen so many VERY negative remarks in my life! I was unable to write my order #-screen disappeared forever! Call your credit card co ASAP if purchase was made for investigation. Check out company! It's horrible!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook and thought It would be safe. The clothes looked so nice don't be deceived they are a SCAM! After placing my order I did not receive email confirmation so I got suspicious and started checking the company out and found out they were a scam. I then went online to try to cancel payment, these people are quick to take your money. Since it was clothes that I thought I'd purchased I have to wait at least five days to give them time to ship it before I can formally disputed it with my bank. They recommended cancelling my debit card which I did because they said if they have your number they can try to take small amount every month from your account hoping that you do not notice and the next day I get an international pos fee vis 0801 HK for $3.94. I know it's from them because it was starlink technology Hong Kong HK. The bank said that this transaction was trying to go through the day we canceled the card and it actually did go through with the money I thought I bought clothes with. I have also tried to do back on their website to see if there's an order that I placed it says the email cannot be found. I have learned my lesson not to even trust advertisements on Facebook especially because the last time I had bought a pair of shoes from an advertisement on Facebook and I did get them but they were the cheapest shoes from China. Buyer Beware!

Two of the items that arrived bore zero resemblance to what was ordered. The pants on screen were striped, blowsy in the leg and said to be summer weight cotton. What came was a solid colour, no stripes, winter weight knit and tapered like a bowling pin. They looked like the hem had shrunk in a flood. They would not accept them for return. I am still waiting on the credit I was to receive in 5-15 days for a sweater that perhaps thankfully was unavailable. I read some reviews and ignored them as the merchandise looked so good. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

I ordered a dress that I loved, but after 2 months, it didn't arrive. Then I contacted the company, and was told it was on back order, but months later, it still hadn't arrived. The next time I contacted them, I was told I could order anything I wanted with a discount. I have given up. Then today I found the clothing site called Anniecloth, and it has very similar clothes to Comfyfree. It has terrible reviews also, and I wonder if it is the same scamming company under different names.

These pieces of $#*! rip-offs, this is a fake company people, they go under several different business names. I was ripped off for $109.00! The business name that ripped me off is: wearingpearl.com
Please look up all information before Ever Buying anything on the internet. This company at first glance seems just like the REAL THING. I blew it because they looked like the real thing I ignored researching this site more thoroughly. Had I checked it over, I would have seen that there was no customer service number available, and their address is bogus, their tracking info is unreal, there is no way to track something that they never plan to send you in the first place!

'm very unhappy the way you're handling this issue regarding the 2 dresses I ordered on 10/13.1. You sent me a dress that I didn't order or want. You tried (toled me to keep the dress & give me discount of 30% off my order). The dress you sent was not a dress I would wear & is not my size.
2. We had many emails going back and forth. All I wanted was to get what I ordered.
3. You sent one of the dresses I ordered and the dress you sent doesn't fit I cant get my arms in the sleeves. I only received 1 of the 2 i order. The dress you sent doesn't fit correctly.
4. Now I feel you are ignoring me. I cant imagine you have many repeat costumers if this is the way you treat them,
5. Since lp you can't fill my order with clothes that fit right or give me what I ordered I would like a full refund of $60.69.
If you can't fill my whole order with clothes that are made correctly, I want a refund of $60.69.
If you are going to try and fix this, I will be happy to order other clothes in that amount or my money back $60.69.
If you wish not to do any thing, I will be happy to put this and all the other emails on your website.
