BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!'

I bought a backpack and 4 wristlets, after paying, they said one of the wristlets was sold out. I've been trying to get my money back for 2 weeks and they keep saying they have returned it, that it is my bank. That is totally wrong, it is them. THAT IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Received after about a week. Item didnt look as described. After trying numerous times to print label myself n not able I called. They said they have to n i had to pay $7.50 to get the label. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time with this website. Horrible

Poor Customer Service

I purchased a few items online and literally a few days after I ordered they offered an additional 25% off. Customer service would not grant me the additional 25% off I would have to return all the items and re-order them which is absurd. I've been shopping at Coach for many years and now they lost another valued customer.

Fraud seller

I have not get my package, but coach outlet not refund me. They shipped the package by UPS, the UPS have not delivered it, the package lost. The coach outlet not want to responsible it and told me that I only can claim it with UPS. They cannot do anything.
I buy something and they lost it, they wanna charge me?
I wonder that maybe they have not shipped the item for me.

I bought a bag for more than a week and received a email confirmed my order, it canceled but didn't get money back for more than one week, even did not have email to notify me the order was canceled until I logged in the website and didn't see my order anymore. They charged my money, don't send anything to me and don't notice me, it is a cheater. Never buy anything from them, they are totally unreliable and don't have basic guarantees for being honest to running business. I don't know when my items or money will back, I consider to report ACCC about the company dishonest issues.

Bad customer service

I bought one of their fanny packs that was incredibly expensive, bc I trust the brand and the style.And even when i bought the product, which broke 6 months into use, I still decided to keep it for longer to try and fix it but No one would help me, so I decided to call coach services which they told me to come to the store so they could send it and fix it which I clearly stated to the manager and the workers. Then they continued to state that even though i havent used it for a year i still had it in my possession for a year and they told me that I had to pay double the amount for the product to be fixed. They kept me at the register for over 30 minutes to do an exchange from an online purchase to in store. So overall my experience at coach was a terrible one and please don't buy anything from here that includes a buckle bc the manager even said that the reason my buckle got broken was because I was using it everyday.

Horrible!

I ordered several items from Coach outlet and one of the items did not show up. I called and they gave me a gift card which I have discovered I am not allowed to use.

They have blocked my account for suspicious activity and I have spent no less than 10 hours on the phone over the last 2 months trying to get them to clear my account so I can make the purchase of the item that was never sent. I cannot believe they gave me a gift card instead of a refund and now have the audacity to block the gift card from being used! It's my money they have literally stolen from me. I thought coach was a legit company, but apparently not.

I was also charged twice for a bag and had to make an hour phone call to clear that up and have them reverse the charge to my account.

I also returned a couple of items and my refunds were never issued yet they say they have been! Coach has about $300 of my money they won't give back. I am honestly in shock at how horrible this experience has been! But they flag and lock my account as if I am committing fraud or something! I just wanted to treat myself to a few things for my birthday and it is still an unresolved disaster over 2 months later! I have placed 3 orders and have had a problem with every single one! That is NOT normal and reading the reviews on here shows me this is not a rare problem for this company!

Do NOT purchase from coachoutlet.com!

I paid $213.93 for a bag from coachoutlet.com. I even received purchase confirmation emails AND a delivery notification. When I got my bag, I glanced at it and put it in my closet (it is a fall bag). I recently opened up the box to change purses from summer to fall and realized this handbag is all PLASTIC! I sent an email to their customer care department via "*******@coach.com" and received the following response TWICE, despite providing them with the order number AND their "delivery notification" email:

"Thank you for your dedication to the Coach brand. We're happy to help give product information.

We understand you wish to authenticate your Signature Town Bucket Bag. We're sorry; however, we do not offer services to authenticate merchandise or determine whether serial numbers match actual Coach items.

If you purchased the item from an authorized Coach retailer, you can be assured that the item is authentic. To learn more about our brand protection and authorized channels, please click HERE.

Should you like to speak with someone directly, please feel free to contact us. Any of our Customer Care Professionals will be happy to assist you."

The website seems 100% LEGIT. The product? NOT SO MUCH! I have several Coach bags that I have purchased IN STORE. The handbag that I received feels like a plastic bucket you would get from the Dollar Tree! INFURIATING! I could have received a better "knock off"" from Shein!

I could not believe that the Coach brand would all anyone to sell such poor quality merchandise while using the Coach name. The Val duffle was described as coated canvas. The purse was made obviously of plastic. The strap was also made of very poor quality material. Not leather as described. I will never order from Coach outlet again and also don't recommend.

Cant receive order

I ordered my mom a Mother's Day gift in time to get it for Mother's Day but it never came. Some how my address was wrong but I can see that it was correct on my confirmation. They refunded it 2 or 3 weeks later. Thinking it was a one time thing I reordered it now really late for Mother's Day. Got an estimated delivery for 5/22. That has now changed to 5/25. I've never had an issue like this with any other products that I ordered online. They really suck. I won't trust them again especially for special occasions.

I would give -5 stars if it was possible. Have been getting the runaround for that 2 weeks regardinging Coach blocking any I orders I've attempted to place and spend. I have been told, despite what their website indicates, contacting "Customer Care Team", which has become an oxymoron, and exercise is in futility. The sheer level of incompetence by "chat" and phone is simply astounding! It is clear COACH has effectively blocked my account and will not acknowledge this. The circle jerk has bordered on comical and infuriating.
If you've blocked me, own up to it. Or are you concerned about legal recourse & bab publicity?
One last comment, continually responding with "canned/scripted" response is insulting. "Call and someone can place your order", NO they will not. They say it's a violations of policy. Go to a brick and mortar store. If one was within a reasonable distance, don't' you think I would, if nothing more than to no longer deal the incompetent, rude, & uneducate phone & chat individuals.

It seriously feels like this company only advertises promos to draw you in. The moment that you try to use it, they leave you hanging and thoroughly aggravated. Each day I attempt to get my purchase to go through, I start wanting their products less and less just because of how much of a pain their company is to deal with.

I have had a terrible experience with Coach outlet. UPS lost my bag and instead of a refund, they sent me a merchandise card, despite them promising a refund to my credit card. I have rung them multiple times and it is still not resolved. Do not buy from them.

The Coach site states they allow Klarna as another form of payment, but I've been rejected twice, but not by Klarna by Coach and each time Coach tells me it's Klarna without assisting me appropriately. Klarna can't see any submitted orders on their part. The number given on their website is a direct phone number to Coach. Coach won't further assist. I've never had a problem with Klarna, or after pay payments. It's false advertising on Coach's part.

I have never had a problem with ordering from Coach Outlet Online, my items have always arrived wrapped and packaged decently. When I visit the actual outlet store, the employees have always been kind and helpful. I have made returns and exchanges, also with no issues. People need to pay attention to the measurements provided to them, items always look bigger in the photos, they give you the measurements, you can't really blame them if the bag is too small for you. I think a few of the reviewers may have mistakenly ordered from a replica site, there is one that tries to make their website look exactly like the legit site, I have accidentally landed on their page before, it's easy to do. The legit Coach Outlet Online will always have you enter your email address to browse and you have to register. Coach is a good brand, unfortunately all brands get a bad batch every now and then, even the higher end luxury brands have issues at times, doesn't mean the company is bad.

I BOUGHT SOMETHING ONLINE ON 2/28/22 AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS WRONG SO WHEN i CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN MINUTES OF NOTICING THIS ERROR THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT USPS TO TRY AND CARCH IT BEFORE IT GOT DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING FOR HELP AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I KEEP GETTING TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE PACKAGE GETS RE-SENT TO THEM FROM THE POST OFFICE BEFORE THEY CAN ISSUE ME A CREDIT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. THEY SEE VERY EXPENSIVE MERCHANDISE BUT THE QUALITY OF THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW ZERO.
