I ordered 2 wristlets for my daughters in august as Christmas gifts
It's Dec 20th and I don't have them
I am currently on hold with a rude woman named Paula who keeps yawning in my ear telling me " there's nothing they can do for me "
So they have money since august no product promised to ship twice. Stay away!
I ordered this item with 2 weeks to go until christmas, it indicated it would be delivered within 7 to 9 business days. After a week the status was changed to backordered, then the next day to cancelled. IF YOU DON'T HAVE INVENTORY WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING PEOPLE TO ORDER ITEMS. AN ABSOLUTE FALIURE OF A COMPANY.

Be careful. I ordered cross shoulder bag, 2 exact. I received one bag in a parcel barely big enough for that bag let alone 2.
I called and was told both bags were delivered. Now I'm a thief. Refuse to refund because they claim bag was delivered.
1st day I call agent explained there were no more bags, she was aware of my getting only one bags. She said she would process refund.
Now this damn agent claimed I got 2 bags.
I also purchased other item that came in separate packaging.
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS OUTLET AGAIN!

I will never order from the coach outlet again! I was over charged 81.19 for making a purchase with a prepaid card…. This is soooo stupid! I really want to return their products and never do business with them again!
I ordered 1 boot and 1 bootie. I received a box big enough to hold about 10 pairs of shoes only to open it and have 1 pair of the shoes that I ordered. I contacted Coach a they stated they would ship me another pair but if they did not fit w could not return them or they offered me a gift card. It's their policy if you don't receive an item that it can be reshipped but then it becomes non refundable. I'm not sure if I can wear the shoes. I haven't even tried on the pair I did receive which now I'm returning due to not being happy with the outcome of the item I did not receive.
If you're wanting to receive your item in a timely do not order online. IT takes them forever to deliver and no one can tell you why it's delayed. I will never order from them again. I will make sure to go into the store to pick up. Poor customer service.

For almost $100 a necklace you'd think they wouldn't tarnish when you wear them? This is extremely disappointing, if they're going to be this cheaply made charge a proper price for them and not $80 for a necklace that's destroyed in 3 days? Won't be ordering from here again, i'll stick to guess. Thanks.
My ears were pierced 50 years ago. I'm 67 years young and purchased the lock and key earrings. I was excited when they arrived and tried them 2 days later. I usually sleep in my earrings so I slept in these. The lock was on the right ear; the key on the left. Now the right ear lobe is infected, swollen and hurting. I've applied peroxide and alcohol and pray that no keloid forms. It might be my skin...I doubt it, though. I really like the earrings but I don't think they're fir me. Maybe I'll just wear the key only...maybe not.

Twice I brought the same key chain and it fell apart with 90 days. The first time I purchased it I was disappointed when it fell apart and chucked it up to being a fluke. I brought it again and the same thing happened. Well at this time I realized that this keychain is poorly made and a piece of crap. I contacted customer service and was told that it's outside of the 45 days and nothing could be done. I was not asking for my money back but I do feel that I should have been compensated in some way. It's unfortunate but I have been a customer since 1982. The quality of the products has changed significantly over the years and now I realize so has the customer service. They won't have to worry about me purchasing from them again
This is the second time I'm reviewing Coach Outlet. I'm rating this slightly better than the last, but I don't think it's wise to purchase from this company. When you place an order it takes forever for them to process your order. They do not charge you until the item ships, however the item you ordered may no longer be available by the time they get to processing it. So when you place an order you do not know if you will be able to receive what you think you're wanting. If they go to process your order and find an item you ordered is not available, you receive an email letting you know your order is delayed. You look online but the item is still showing as available, but that isn't always the case. If you receive a delayed order, there is no estimate when you'll get it, if at all. This site is not good if you're purchasing items as gifts. They have a 30 day return policy (from the date you placed your order), so with all the delays you might get stuck if the item is not quite what you thought. You also cannot rely on the delivery dates on the site because it can be 5-7 business days once they finally process your order; if it isn't fully processed then you can wait weeks. Very unpredictable. I tried placing an order early so it would be delivered in time for a gift because they're so slow. My item wasn't quite as seen online and the intended recipient may not like it. I will not be able to exchange it because it will be over their 30 days from ordering policy. As I stated, you really have no idea when they'll process or ship your order.
I had ordered a bag from coach outlet which apparently was backordered and my order eventually canceled. I reached out to the customer care and all they did apologize and asked me to select a new bag.
So then I chose a new bag and wanted to use the $20 reward on purchase above $150 ( if I sign up for text alerts). I tried to give them my number but they were unable to send me the promo code. And again what I got from the customer care was how they cannot help me and how sorry they were.
I feel all Coach outlet does is apologize and do nothing else for their customer. As a new customer their policy to not give a $#*! is really sad and I will look at other brands like Michael Kors or DKNY for my bags now.
I got the gallery tote which has a zipper on the outside and I love it! It's perfect to keep my phone on the outside available without having to unzip my bag. The bag is spacious and I can carry my laptop and a water bottle and my makeup et cetera! Great for work and every day use!
Do not go to the Coach outlet at Johnson's Creek. I was a previous customer of theirs and have actually purchased three bags before. Each time the customer service has gotten worse and worse and worse. This last time rather than provide me with any assistance they sent some effeminate man with purple hair to stand by the door and watch me as though I was about to steal something. I went to purchase my sister and mother were born on the same day Coach bags. I will never come to this coach again. This is the last time that I go through this nonsense with them.

I had a terrible experience with Coach Outlet. I placed an order but I never received the item. The courier returned it to Coach Outlet, and I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks now.
Their customer service team has been unhelpful and refused to let me speak with a supervisor to escalate the issue. I demanded an immediate refund, but they said they can't do anything until they receive the item back. This is not my responsibility since I never received it in the first place.
I am deeply disappointed in the level of customer service I have received. I do not recommend Coach Outlet to anyone, and I urge you to shop elsewhere. If you're looking for good customer service and a reliable company, Coach Outlet is not the place to go.
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
