I purchased a bag from Coach. When I recieved it. It wasn't wrapped in paper or anything! They basically gave me someone else's return! How i know this? I saw the bags from other people and it was wrapped in plastic and paper! Disspointed. Sorry I want my stuff new, not touched and used by someone else. Who knows what these people carry or touched.
I bought a Coach purse for myself. I was surprised when I received it because the "pebbled leather " feels like I'm carrying a plastic bucket. It's horrible! I have a Coach purse that's 30 years old that I love because the leather is so beautiful and a Coach brief case bag that is lovely too but this current purse is trash and it feels awful- nothing soft about it and it's NOT real leather! What a rip off! Do not buy from Coach Outlet unless you want to carry plastic!
Absolute sh!t company...placed an order for an item from their website. Creditcard charged in full. I waited...and waited 5 days, checked my account and order was still processing... When I inquired what was taking so long via their website chat " Oh we are now out of the item. It was popular...heres $25 gifrcard". OK.but I placed my order over a week ago, you charged my credit card and you were still selling it long after my order was placed! Now you decide you're out of stock when I had to initiate a chat to find out its status? Keep your gift card. HORRIBLE company
Coach Outlet showed an item as available on their site and I ordered from it. I received an email from Coach saying based on your past purchase here's an item you might like which is what I purchased. Then I received an email stating my order is delayed and when I went to the site it showed the item as available at a much higher price and when I went to my account it showed as backordered. I contacted Coach and was told they aren't getting anymore of the item I ordered and they're sold out! I had to contact them and had to ask for compensation but was offered only $25 and no explanation about their email or anything. When I checked my bank it showed as a pending action from Coach. After contacting Coach the bank no longer shows the transaction. Then they canceled my order. Funny how the item was available when I ordered and after their claim it was backordered. Totally false advertising!
Do not buy anything from this store they are sending the wrong item! I wanted to buy the yellow dress, but instead of that, they gave me a dress without sleeves, and I don't wear clothes without sleeves. Also, the costumer service isn't helpful. I am very disappointed.
If I could give negative starts for them I would. I had a horrible experience with them. They had not processed my order in more than 2 months. There has been countless emails, phone calls and chats to get these orders fulfilled. Finally, I decided to ask for refund. The agent on chat confirmed that I will get the refund in a day or 2 and today I end up getting merchandise credit! They refuse to return my money. After my experience with them, I will not give them my business. If it's their fault, they do not have right to block my money in for of merchandise credit. Scammers!
I should have known better! This site is TERRIBLE! They messed up Christmas ORDERS...I finally received them January 10. I was sooo embarrassed since they were for co workers. Returned purse for repairs and it's not to be found! I'm DONE with this site...
I Never Had The Money To Buy MY OWN Coach Bag & 15 min into my birthday Coach sends me an email they made me cry. It was a SCAM. After they sent me a damaged or a fake bag & they didn't wanna fend or take responsibility for what they put me through. My daughter even went to a leather place to see if they can fix it and when they got through with it that's when the bag really made me cry cause it looked like a REAL KNOCK OFF & then they said that their policy doesn't take back bags if you tried to fix it yourself. But the worst part was that they wouldn't even give us the $47 that my daughter paid to try to get the freakin bag fixed. I even told them that they could send me a gift card for the $47 & that I would use it to purchase another bag & then said no. So NOW I SHOP@ Louis Vuitton $#*! Coach
Today at the checkout, the cashier made a mistake and didn't type in the full discount. I asked to check again as I even checked with another staff working there. She denied it and then took out her calculator to somehow solve the issue of her forgetting the discount. Another customer came into the conversation and let us know that I was in fact correct about it being 50% off (the cashier only gave me 25%). After all of this, I remembered that I earlier saw her sneeze over 3 times into her hand and elbow, without a mask, and then put my jacket on it. I decided to confront her on it as it was extremely unsanitary and I didn't want to buy covid with my jacket. All I said was to please put the jacket on her other arm as she sneezed multiple times on that arm. She was being extremely ignorant and rude, glaring and me and making awful remarks and then claimed I was being 'mean' to her. I was confused by the rudeness and the awful customer service from her especially since I've visited this store multiple times with my family.
I agree the website is slow and always has been.I've been buying COACH for my wife for years due to their warranty. The hoodies are better quality than my CARHARTT. The backpack and purses are warranties for life. The sneakers do not run true to size so read the reviews on whether to side up or down. Other than that they ship fast and coach and coach outlet have always shipped in time for xmas. Hope they make the website faster and start making more hoodies and joggers.yoga pants and motorcycle gear would be great to see.
I placed 3 orders at 3 different times. The first one was canceled with no explanation. When I reached out to them, they replied that the item was out of stock. Okay, it happens, so I then ordered two different bags on 12/10 for Christmas gifts. On 12/22 I finally reached out to them to let them know there was no tracking activity and their solution was to issue a merchandise certificate. I insisted on a full refund, which they agreed to issue. Again, they didn't reach out to me I had to contact them! The third order was okay...overpriced for an outlet store, but that's on me. I will never do business with this company again, including any Coach item! Now I have to get back out in the cold to purchase Christmas gifts that I thought were covered. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I placed an order for the coach outlet last week and it took them 2 days after my order was processed to let me know that they cancelled my order. They gave me a 15% off coupon code for my next purchase, which was supposed to be really nice, but I couldn't even use it on the item I wanted to buy
Coach Outlet took my order for my wife's Christmas present and did not tell me that they were cancelling my order for 6 days---which happened to be the last 6 days of Christmas shopping. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Is their computer system that bad that they can sell what they don't have? They JUST DON'T CARE!
I have been trying to order from coachoutlet for a while so recently I successfully ordered a wristlet on and a handcarry bag on 12/12 but as of now still have not shipped out yet and the message was waiting for UPS to pick it up

After having to deal with this ordeal of late delivery. My order of a wristlet was delivered to a PO Box so the status was it been delivered and I did not received it. So after many emails sent. They finally agreed to reship my order and yet again I did not receive it as it was delivered to a post office with a postal code of ******* when my postal code is not even that. It is so ridiculous and lame that it happened TWICE and someone who is working there will have a great laugh that he/she got two new wristlets for FREE.
Now I have to go through the whole process again
Pls pray for me that I will get a full refund.

They are slow to ship. Label created 7 days ago and still has not shipped. This is the 2nd time I am having problems with shipping
I'm so disappointed with Coach Outlet. I received a $100 gift certificate for my birthday. The purse I ordered was $169 so when checking out, I entered the gift certificate number, then my credit card for the difference. The next day I was paying my credit card and noticed that they charged my card the full $169. I called and they told me the gift certificate was declined. My friend who purchased the gift certificate was on the phone with me and assured them that they withdrew $100 from her account. We were on the phone for 2 hours until they figured out the gift card was legit. I was told that they would credit my account in 7-10 business days, which did not happen. I called back and explained the situation AGAIN, and was told I had to be put on hold and they disconnected me. I will never purchase anything from Coach again. I tried to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but they aren't registered. This company is a joke, don't waste your time or money!
Online customer service is degradable, you get no where with them just one lie after the other lie. The sad part is management is no better, I waited almost a month on a backpack,ups waiting on package all the the time customer service had canceled my order with my knowledge, yet I was being told holiday delays, two weeks later I still waiting on my refund in which was processed by coach ( according by the email) assuming the criteria to work for coach you must've a great liar.

I just used coachoutlet.com December 4th 2022. It said that the package would take 7-9 days to come in but the purse came in on the 9th. The prices are fair I got my snoopy purse on sale with tax for $155 when it says the purse is valued. The website also gave $20 off if I spend over $150. The purse looks like the one in the photos online. Don't trust the bad reviews on this site. However make sure your using the website link coachoutlet.com and not coach-outlet.com I read it's a scam.
I placed 2 different orders for Christmas gifts for family. Both orders got canceled for not have any stock. Why this company can not keep track of inventory is beyond me. I will never buy from this site ever. Why they have a website is beyond me. The get a negative five (-5) stars for my review.
BEWARE AND AVOID! Coach Outlet online is a horrible experience. Their payment system didn't work right. Called to cancel the order within a couple of minutes. Was assured by the rep that it was canceled, but they can't send a cancelation email. Placed a new order with the correct payment. Two days later, get a shipping notice for both orders. Call them up and get a guy that is inept at his job. The call took two hours, he canceled the wrong order and rerouted the wrong package. Assured that he fixed the payment situation. Check the account and he did nothing at all other than reroute the package. The package has been sitting at Coach now for over a week and they have no idea when they will get to it to process the refund for their system's error. Called on Friday 12/2 and spent over an hour waiting for a supervisor to be hung up on with no supervisor taking the call. Called back and the supervisors kept telling Victoria to take care of it and wouldn't take the call. Her hands were tied with what she could do. The supervisors refused to take the call at that time but assured that they would call back. It's now Sunday and they've not reached back out. BEWARE of shopping with Coach Outlet if you are going to need customer service. The customer gets no service with this horrible excuse for a company. Will not shop with them anymore, nor will I shop with Coach for allowing this experience to happen with their nameplate! One star is TOO MANY!
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
